My Wingstop in Lindenhurst NY is the best place!! The staff are so friendly and a pleasure to deal with!! My order is always right and on time!! Kimberly and Amari are just the best!! I can’t imagine I would frequent there as much if it wasn’t for them, the food & the fact my order is always ready on time!! Just a pleasure to deal with all the staff!! I went in tonight and got my favorite boneless wings and everyone was so kind and attentive. Their homemade ranch and blue cheese dips are SO good! I love the seasoned fries too!!! The food was hot and delicious when i got home. Definitely recommend!

Slaughtered the Super Bowl experience. Management had no handle on the situation at hand. Went to the location at the scheduled time of pickup (7:30 pm) by 8 pm one employee flashed her phone screen to say that they haven’t even finished the 6:00 orders. Couldn’t call the store to cancel my order so I am stuck with the bill and no food.

I left a review once before somehow it was removed but all these recent reviews have been false I have been here once in the last week and it’s the same problems that it has always been. Employees are slow and rude. A guy named Alex took my order and he was sitting there talking to his friends while we had three people waiting on line and no orders being made before us. I was reached out to by manager of the place where he asked to call me about addressing the issues and then never seemed to follow back up with me come the time to talk. This location is horrible and I would avoid it at all costs.
