This Panera location has some of the friendliest and most courteous staff I’ve ever encountered (except this one dude) they’re always upbeat and make every visit pleasant. You can tell they really care about their customers, and the atmosphere feels welcoming every time I stop in.
The photo is of my Asiago bagel. Lately, I’ve noticed they’ve been coming out a bit overcooked and missing much of the Asiago topping, this was the third one this week. I usually order it for that signature flavor and quality, so I’m hoping this can get back to Panera’s usual standard.
I’m leaving five stars because the team here truly deserves it, but I hope management takes a closer look at the food prep and consistency so the quality matches the excellent customer service.

I have been visiting this place for over a month. The atmosphere and space is so good I usually stay for few hours enjoy working with my laptop while having a coffee with my breakfast. I am member of Sip club and enjoy the free drinks. Sip club is $10 per month for 6 months and then becomes $15 monthly. The staff are friendly working and walking around with silence and respect so not to distract you from your work or conversation. I recommend to come and visit the place. Especially if you have not been in any Panera bread store before! You would love it.

I purchased 3 bowls of broccoli soup at approx 4:30 on 12/29/25. 1 of the bowls had 2 long strands of gray or blonde hair and the 2nd had 1 hair. The 3rd bowl did not appear to have hair. I called the manager on duty at 6pm and advised him of the circumstance. All he offered was an apology and stated that “he just walked in”. That has nothing to do with my experience as a customer. Not that I would have wanted another bowl; however, as a manager, there should have been something more offered as compensation or at least a refund. I frequent the Haggerty and 8 Mile location as it is close to where I reside and I have been a fan of their broccoli soup for 10 years or better. I purchased today for my family to have such a disgusting experience! Do not patronize this location as they clearly do not utilize the best hygiene practices.

I ordered a few items. One of those items was the broccoli cheddar soup. I grabbed the bag from the counter and went to sit down keeping the bag straight up so the soup would not spill. As I opened the bag and got to the bottom of the bag, my 3 pieces of bread were covered in soup, and the soup was 1/4 gone. I was excited to eat my bread with butter, and instead it had soup all in it making it mushy and unappetizing. I was very disappointed.

Really good Panera location, had my order ready on time and 100% accurate, much better than the other Novi location. The only complaint is that they offer drive through pickup but lack the dedicated pickup lane that many Panera Bread locations have. This leads to crazy long lines at the only drive through line. It’s easy to just walk in and pickup the inline orders for this location versus trying to navigate the long drive through line. Other than that it’s a great Panera Bread location and I will be back.

I had faith in this Panera at first, but the last few visits I have gone and my salad is not even half way full. It looks like a small handful of the worst lettuce. The lettuce is barely green, more of a yellow, white and brown. I am not sure who is making the salads with the you pick two, but they need to do a quality control check. The food here is too expensive for the lack of quality and care. Go to the next place, pay half the price and get 10x better service and quality control. I am giving this a 2 star because the other items I order are correct and taste good, but the salads have taken a turn for the worst.

It used to be a very nice restaurant. Today I ordered a bagel sliced and toasted through drive through and when I got home the bagel was half burnt. I am pretty sure who ever prepare the order did see that and they put that burnt bagel for me to take it home.

This Panera location is inferior to the other locations. Every time we order here something is wrong. I ordered a Baja Chicken bowel tonight. It’s supposed to come w tomatoes. It has 0 tomatoes! No avocado slices, just a booger wipe reminiscent of avocado. A few pieces of corn. A very sad and unappetizing warm bowl… that was anything but warm. I hope they get new management soon!
