I asked for a Philly cheesesteak, but he brought out chicken instead. I respectfully went back up to get my order corrected, and he said I never said that. He then changed it to my correct order, but it took a long time, and the fries were cold from the delay.

I’ve been trying to give this place an opportunity for about a year but every single time I get the same thing. Incorrect orders, overpricing, the cashier is not aware of the deals or the deals that you get in the app, the fries are never cooked the same and they mix batches of overcooked with barely cooked fries, the tables most of the time are always dirty and the food tastes different every time you come in even if you order the same thing every time. If you have an order of more than 2 sandwich/meals, it’s a back and forth of about 3 minutes each time.
It’s imperative that they have someone on the front that speaks English fluently, and consider yourself lucky if you get that. Most of the employees are rude or they just brush off your complaint. I used to love the chicken teriyaki sandwich with cheese bacon fries, but the last 2 times I’ve been here it tastes really weird and nothing like it used to.
This time after I went through all the struggle ordering and going back to ask what I needed to correct the order, I found my sandwich barely having chicken (half up only and the chicken looked weird with a lot of onions covering to the end of the bread, see photo). I really wanted to give this place an opportunity because of that sandwich but I’m done trying.

Charlie’s cheesesteak and wings is not very good. The chicken wings are overcooked. The cheese steaks are very bland and have no seasoning. They are unaware of the specials that they offer even though the sign is in the front and you ask them for it they charge you full price, even though there is a special And then argue with you telling you there is no special on that specific day. I had to get the manager the manager, then did not know about the special as well. I had to point to the sign and show them. I asked them to have just chicken wings and they told me I can’t just have chicken wings I had to buy a whole meal, so I told the manager that I only wanted chicken he ended up just refunding me for the french fries that I had paid for. I still had to pay full price for the wings even though there was a deal for $.30 wings not very helpful and the food was not good.

Had the Old School Cheese Steak. It was good. Loaded with lots of meat. Must admit I was disappointed in the amount of onions, far less than advertised. Needs a lot more. Also didn’t put the banana peppers on I requested. The price was also too much for what I got. Sandwich was good, but cost too much for what I got.

I am very disappointed with this spot. Usually the Charley’s I go to has been a good experience. But this one was terrible: they got my order wrong, overcharged me, and the food was beyond mid. The sandwiches were mid and the wings were HORRIBLE. The wings literally had a strange smell and tasted uncooked. Never eating from here again.

Only things right with my order was that it was Buffalo chicken and my drink did coke lite ice. Other than nothing about my sandwich was correct. Not sure how ya mess up this bad. Ordered from here again and they still don’t know how to make a order right.
