My friend and I dined here today and everything was amazing from beginning to end. We had the restaurant to ourselves and were greeted and served by Dipeeka.

I had the absolutely delicious Butternut Squash and Lamb Vindaloo (basmati rice) which was spicy but manageable and tasty with a ginger ale and I also tried the garlic naan which was great also.

My friend had the vegetable samosa which she said was amazing and the Chicken Tikka Masala with garlic naan as well as a ginger ale.

We passed on dessert or more food because we were full and satisfied.

We will most definitely be back!

Stopped by here on a whim while walking to the subway and am so glad I did. I enjoyed my vegetable samosa, the lamb vindaloo had quite a bit of lamb and was almost spicy enough (I have a very high spice tolerance), and the rasmalai was a perfect finish. Shout out to Dipeeka, who was the entire front of the house and was friendly and very efficient!

I had an amazing time here! Stopped by for a bite after my yoga class and was treated so kindly by the wonderful staff here. The two servers were both incredible and sweet. When one of them noticed I was reading at the table they adjusted the lights which was so thoughtful. Very clean and quick to take away dirty dishes. On top of all of this the food was INCREDIBLE. Best Indian food I’ve had in the city. Thank you so much!!

We visited this place for dinner on a whim while we were in New York, and we’re so glad we did. The ambiance was warm and cozy, with Indian music playing in the background, which added a lovely and authentic touch to the experience.
The food was not just good it was truly delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. We ordered saag paneer , Dal Makhni, and Naan, and each dish was excellent. The portion sizes were generous and satisfying as well.
A special mention to Mr. Deep and his Sister for their wonderful hospitality. They made sure our visit was memorable and comfortable.
I would definitely recommend this family run restaurant to anyone looking for great Indian food. Absolutely loved it

Tapika and Deep are absolutely amazing. Not only did they shower us with kindness but they are so personable and attentive to detail. The atmosphere is so calm, the music is elegant and not overpowering conversation. Even the customers aren’t rambunctious due to the peaceful and gentle setting. The food is the best Indian I’ve ever had; not only was it absolutely delicious, it was SO fresh. The food came out hot and honestly stayed hot like the whole time we ate. I HIGHLY recommend, so good!

delicious!!!! many indian restaurants cater to a western palate and it’s difficult finding a spot that tastes like the dishes you’ve grown up eating. the butter chicken was rich and flavorful and you can pick your spice level which was a nice touch; love that they have a daily special the portions were so so generous please don’t change!!!
