I come here every morning and will always go out of my way to choose Biggby and this location specifically. At this location, they are very good at customizing drinks and accommodating everyone and their unique orders. They always have new options to try, and surprisingly a lot of sugar free options as well that taste just as good as the “regular” ones! If you’ve never been, you definitely should check it out here because it is the friendliest coffee shop around!

This Biggby is always so kind and friendly, it’s so easy to talk to them! The service is always really speedy too, the lines in the drive-thru never take longer than 5-10 minutes, and if you go inside you never wait longer than 3-5 minutes. They truly are awesome here! <33 Not to mention the noise inside is never loud! It’s always pretty quiet and easy to read!!

Amazing local coffee shop with the friendliest staff around!! You can tell that they take pride in their work and care about every interaction. Very positive and happy place to be! best Biggby ever! Definitely recommend!<3 I’ve been there so many times because of the GREAT service, not to mention the staff! They are so kind especially the manager! I would NEVER go to the grand haven biggby because anytime I do they ALWAYS get my drink wrong. Spring Lake has consistent drinks and bagels, and they are always served with a smile! :)

love love love these workers! I came this Saturday (9/13) at around 9 AM. I placed an online order because I have food restrictions, so I had them make my drink very specific. They had no issue doing it, and with a smile too. I’m so grateful for these type of workers, these girls were absolutely amazing! Raised needed 😉 <3
