I just drove 20 minutes to get to the Eagle location in Idaho today (2/24/2026) and even though Google says you guys close at 8:30, the doors were close at 8:22. The girls inside saw me pulling over, went straight to the door and locked them. They saw me looking at my watch, made straight eye contact with me and proceeded to ignore my presence. I just wanted to make sure what the actual hours are? Thanks

First time here! Wanted a smoothie bowl, I walked in and wasn’t acknowledged (not a big deal), a girl walked up to take my order, I said hi and smiled and she didn’t make eye contact with me or say anything and was just standing there looking around. I said “sorry I haven’t been here before” cause I was looking at the menu for a moment, again did not say anything to me. Again not a huge deal it’s just something to expect when you’re going to these places that hire younger employees, I think it’s something that comes with age. I work with a lot of teens I get it. I ordered a bowl, she asked me if I wanted to join their phone number program and proceeded to tell me my total. I kind of wish she would have asked if I wanted anything else, I was going to buy a couple things but the interaction wasn’t really going that great and I didn’t want to continue it. I will say the two girls were definitely working hard, there was a few people in there so maybe they were stressed. Definitely fixable which is why I’m leaving a review.
The bowl was good and the price/quantity/quality is very comparable to other local places. This location was very clean.

This is one of my favorite spots to meet up with friends! Everything I’ve ever ordered has been fantastic, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. It’s never too crowded, and you can sit and chat for hours without feeling rushed.

We’ve been coming to this store for about 5 years and have always had a good experience. Today they were doing $5 smoothies so it was obviously a busy day. My husband came into the store before the 4pm cut off and patiently waited behind 5 people ordering. When he got to the counter the girl with blue hair told him it’s 4:01pm and he missed the cut off. When my husband explained he’s been waiting in line and was here before the 4pm cut off she said it didn’t matter. We love these smoothies and still got ours today at full price but this experience definitely didn’t scream good customer service.

I just door dashed this and let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious! Man those little chocolate peanut butter bites are so yummy. I also really enjoyed my breakfast sandwich and smoothie. This was my first time trying this place and I will definitely order again

Me and my family came here this evening, and it was such an enjoyable experience. Emma took our order, and she was not only kind, but joyfully answered all of my questions about the menu and shared what she liked as well. We would come back just for her great customer service, but the drinks were yummy too. Thank you Emma for being such a light, and so sweet to our family. We will be back! 🙂
