We had an amazing time celebrating my father’s birthday! The food was fresh hot and delicious. One of the things guests enjoyed was being able to spread out and enjoy the bar or the beautiful function room. I was nervous about the service at first, but Gino and his servers showed us nothing but efficiency, flexibility and professionalism. 10/10 recommend.

We went to the breakfast with Santa and were so impressed with all the activities for kids. Brunch was great, service attentive and Santa and his elf were lots of fun with dancing and pictures. Staff were assisting kids doing crafts as well – everyone was kind and we can’t wait to be back next year!!

Based on local reviews, their website, and Facebook page presentations we thought Grill on the Hill was more on the upscale restaurant vs just being a golf course clubhouse. So we were very caught off guard when we arrived for our anniversary dinner reservation.
The view on the deck is spectacular and the food that we had was good – sadly they were out of several things that attracted us to the restaurant in the first place.
Unfortunately, it was very short-staffed and the hostess could use lots of additional training in cleaning (she was not diligent in bussing tables and several times kicked food off the floor under the tables vs sweeping it up) and customer engagement (we asked her several times to either get or tell our waitress something but she never did).
The outdoor dining was really nice, but it was cool and they did not have the patio heaters out (which according to their site they have) nor did they have any lighting, so at 7:45 it was dark and hard to see.
Lastly, the live music was too loud and you could not have a conversation or even hear the waitress. Several other customers commented on this as well.
All in all, it was OK. I do not recommend Grill on the Hill for a special event dinner (like an anniversary or birthday), but it’s a nice place to go for drinks, apps, and live music.
We are interested in trying it again, just for a night out, now that we know what to expect.

Excellent chicken marsala. Rating would have been a 5 but my dinner companion ordered rice with seasoned black beans with his salmon…both sides were dry without any moisture. The waitress graciously apologized and a Caesar salad was brought to replace the two sides. All in all, good, just not the first impression I hoped it would be. (The salmon was well prepared.)

Stopped in for lunch, the outdoor seating was spacious and there were umbrellas for shade. Food was excellent, and I would recommend the broccoli and cheese bites for an appetizer. The menu also has kid-friendly options. The service was a little slow, and the kitchen made some mistakes with our order, but they were still very friendly and apologetic about the mistake. The view of the golf course was nice. Bathrooms were well-maintained. I would definitely go again for a casual meal.

Great location with a very limited food and drink menu that is overpriced (two hot dogs and fries for $13). Because of the location and the outdoor seating overlooking Green Hill Park, I want to keep coming back here, but there’s nothing to come back for (except the staff — they’re awesome).

My family attended a bridal shower last weekend, very disappointed with our experience. The food was below average- eggs severely burned, and it was taken away (full pans of food) long before any plates were cleared from the tables. Bria continuously reminded us how we’ve inconvenienced her when anything was requested.

Great place for anything wedding reception, banquet, meeting or just a day to get out. The food was so good. The view was breathtaking, peaceful, relaxing. Service was fast. As well as helpful, Our host was patient with all of us, kind upbeat, the drinks and food were reasonable.

I attended your Easter Sunday brunch event with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I brought a group of five to six children, hoping for a fun and festive day based on the way the event was advertised.
however, I was surprised and disappointed to find that I had to pay for my 4 year old(post on Instagram says kids 4 and under does not pay), and the craft area you mentioned was simply a table with cookies to decorate not what was promised. the bunny time with the kids lasted less than 10 minutes, and overall, there were very little organized entertainment or activities for them.
Additionally, I am Still waiting for my Woosox tickets, which i was told would be provided.
overall, the event did not meet the expectations you set, and i left feeling very dissastisfied, especially after hoping to create a memorable day for the children.
