A great modern vibe inside. I like seeing exposed electrical and HVAC in the ceiling. The menu is easy to navigate. The price seemed high until you see the portion size. Overall a good price for what you get considering the quality. Everything is delicious! My first visit and not the last. I was skeptical of the Hot Bob…but I am a believer. Definitely worth a try!

First time here. Sandwich was definitely delicious! Just slow down though. I wanted a medium chicken cheese steak, but she put in for a small. Also, there was no mayo added to my sandwich, plus there was barely any cheese. Not a big deal, just giving feedback. Overall, they were nice and sandwhich was good — so we will give it another try one day.

I’ve been here a few times since grand opening and I’ve been waiting for sweater weather to hit to try the Hot Bobbie.

Yesterday was that day.

It was absolutely delicious with the cup of gravy. I’m not sure I would have enjoyed it as much without it, as I think it would have been more dry and difficult to swallow, so please make the gravy a permanent menu item. I was surprised that the turkey was so moist and dare I say, more chicken tasting? Full disclosure, I normally hate the taste of turkey, but still gave it a try. I do wish the cranberries were jellied, as that’s easier on the stomach, but all in all a very unique and delicious sandwich.

The one thing I was not prepared for was the long, sharp turkey bone in my sandwich. I’m beyond grateful that it lodged sideways at the entrance of my esophagus so that I could retrieve it before it did some real damage. I really hope whoever is pulling the meat off the bone is more careful in the future and that people are warned that bones may be in their sandwich. However, I can say with confidence that this is pulled (mostly) from the bone and isn’t the overly processed meat served at other sandwich shops, which is a welcome and desirable change.

Overall, if the bone wasn’t a factor, this would have been a 4.75/5 experience. The lone gentleman working was extremely friendly, even while he was busting his behind to get orders prepped and ready for customers. He even had my order done earlier than the app predicted. I think he did an exceptional job, given the high amount of orders and being by himself.

Ordered at 10:30 received it at 12:20
They obviously made it at 11:00
So so cold! Cold gravy, cold stuffing, cold frys, cold everything. The wagyu beef was so salty, my tongue is burnt. Unreasonable amount of salt. The “homemade” turkey is pretty gross. Obviously yesterday’s turkey. They need to toss that in some mayo or gravy, or just toss it. Put it right where it belongs…. garbage. Pretty memorable experience! Eaks

Edit. This was a delivery. I am not the one that approached. You should have known that if you “checked the order” the Doordash driver picked up at 11:55. So I was correct about you allowing it to sit there for nearly an hour. Great time management. You do know that Doordash let’s you know when they have a driver right?

Went in on Saturday afternoon ordered medium Bobbie and a medium classic cheesesteak with sweet peppers. The Bobbie was good. The steak sandwich had little burnt chunks of something in it. Not a fan of eating burnt food. 45 min drive each way to pay for something that the quality was extremely poor. I should have just went to Jersey Mikes saved myself the 1.5 hour drive to and from Capriotti’s. Went from 5 stars to 2. Will really rethink going back. SMH It wasn’t busy this time unlike the first time I went there was a line. So not really sure how you can screw up. You either overcooked my entire sandwich or you don’t know how to clean the flat top. It’s really not that difficult. I worked in restaurants for years as bartender, waiter and manager.
You don’t need to get back to me. You already showed me you don’t care cause of what you served me. It isn’t even edible unless you like eating charcoal. Thanks…

The Bobbie sandwich was so great. The ff were also good. But that sandwich mmmmhhhmmm good.

The atmosphere was a little loud, however, that is what they are going for in this restaurant. Counter service was prompt, clear, and accurate. I ordered the American Wagyu Cheesesteak. It was good. Maybe just a little high on the salt. When I filled my beverage the napkins were empty, they filled them as I was finishing my meal. The deal is they yell out your name when you food is ready. I would come here again.

I’ve been in a few times now and each time is top notch. I’m assuming the blue haired lady is the manager, She’s always there when I go. She runs a good team and shop. The food is always fresh and flavorful. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely my favorite sandwich shop in Minnesota.

Excellent pastrami sandwich!! Very clean environment and affordable subs! Ordered the Capastrami which is a pastrami with thousand island dressing and Russian slaw. Very savory pastrami and the crunch of the slaw paired well. Very large portions, ordered a medium. Spent $14.05 after tax. I thought the wait was fairly normal (5 min ish) for a made to order hot Sammy. Will definitely come again!

Needs improvement. We lived on the east coast for a long time and love Capriotti’s. Our favorite sandwich shop by far. We were so excited when we saw one in Minnesota about a half hour from our house. I decided to try it tonight and was very disappointed. The turkey was extremely tasty but the sandwich was utterly dry. I saw a spot where they put a tiny smear of cranberries but it was so light you couldn’t taste it. Cranberries make this sandwich. We will be back to try again and will give an update if it gets better.

Expensive and not very good the Philly was small and it was very mushy. Didnt really like the bread it was hard and tasteless. The shredded turkey was good nothing ro write home about. Felt like i was interuping something i was the onlt customer in there told them it was my first time there and they just shrugged and said ok. Did not offer any suggestions on how to order. Who said this is the worlds best sandwich give me pbj over this anyday
