If I could give this place a zero, I would. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this store and they did not make my order correctly. I’ve asked 3 separate times via online ordering to have my sandwich cut in 3s & each time it wasn’t. One time I didn’t get the double meat I ordered. When I asked to have my sandwich made over again, they were out of tuna. They make my sandwiches incorrectly and bag it up and assume I wouldn’t check to see if it’s made properly. They’re scamming people. There’s no supervisors or management to rectify my inconveniences. I will be taking my business elsewhere, perhaps Jimmy John’s. This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to.

Stopped there after work on Monday Dec 15th, the guy had the a bad customer service, Spanish speaker too, which really sucks to see your own people treat you bad. I have a full description of what happened but not like the store will care and it’s obvious that the guy doesn’t either.
I just wish that we are all treated with respect and for employees ( I am one too) to understand that what ever is going on with our shifts, schedules, duties that it’s not the next clients fault.

I actually have gotten tired of Subway, since they all suck now… I decided to give it a shot tonight, and it was actually decent. The employee had a great personality and made great sandwiches. EDIT: 12/30/2025 Came into the store today, saw an employee was working and not the disrespectful powertripper of a “store manager”. Turns out he was in the back. Employee started making my order, “store manager’ kept berating at her “cinco, cinco, cuatro” many times reminding her to not put more than 5 slices of turkey, 5 slices of ham, and 4 slices of cheese on my sandwich. Employee almost forgot to toast the bacon but ‘store manager” reminded her and then kept on saying “cinco cinco cuatro” as if the world might end if any more than that much meat would end up on my sandwich, as it has been for the past 3 months. ‘Store manager” sighed loudly when it became apparent the employee was going to ignore him being unreasonable to customers. He left to go to the back, to my relief, because at this point I’m not comfortable with him anymore, I’ve never seen someone have so much vitriol and animus over a few slices of deli meat. I would not be able to trust him to not tamper with my food as a result of his obsessive problem making with me. The manchild of a “store manager” then came out from the back and shouted at me in the store over my review from the 29th holding him accountable for his standard of service. Threatened to deny me service if I continue the reviews. That’s perfectly fine by me. On the plus side the sandwich his employee made for me today was great.
EDIT: 12/29/2025 just had a terrible experience with the store manager here. If you mess up my sandwich order, you should be apologetic, not defensive and cop an attitude. My sandwich barely had any meat, the bacon was not crisped in the oven, and it was not properly cut in half. Came back to the store and asked the manager to remake it, who maintained he did everything right and has been doing so for 10 years. Interesting take as I have ordered this sandwich every weekday for the past 3 months, this is the first time he’s made it for me and I had an issue. So it’s gotta be him, not me. The other people who work here I’ve never had complaints about.
He offered to remake it but not without being mean about it. He told me to put in the special instructions that I want the bacon extra crispy. Funny, I’ve never had to do that with any of the other employees here. Everyone else doesn’t mess up the bacon instead of the store manager, so not sure if he’s been making the best out of the last decade of his life.
When he was done, bacon was still not crispy, sandwich was still not properly cut in half, and still barely any meat in sandwich.
I refuse to recognize the store manager’s “10 years of experience”. What does that experience even signify if after 10 years you still can’t make a sandwich worth a damn?
EDIT: 9/11/2025: app ordering has been restored to normal
This is actually one of the more generous Subway franchises, the cuts here are fresher and thicker than other Subways. However the ownership at this location has decided to stop allowing app orders due to the promotions offered on the app. Unfortunate decision! I eat lunch here every day because of the app discounts.

1 star. Don’t get me wrong, I love Subway but this particular store suck. Subway raised prices on their subs but they still give out promotions code to make them somewhat affordable. However this owner wouldn’t participate. They even go as far as stop taking app orders to avoid accepting discounts. Guess what, store owner, I will just stop going to your place then. For $25, I can just go to a different establishment and get more quality food.

If I could do a negative is absolutely would, I have been here two times and the amount of disrespect and unprofessional behavior is absolutely astonishing, in additions of how unkept the place is. Unfortunately I have to leave a honest negative review, I hope things change in the future

No longer allows you to use the app to make sandwich purchases because they don’t want to honor app pricing or coupon specials. And then there’s a sign on the door that says they don’t accept any other coupons as well, including their own from subway. So I ended up paying for an overpriced, not even mid-level sandwich.

This Subway doesn’t honor the 6 inch meal of the day. The vegetables were frozen and withered. I don’t recommend eating here.
