I love going to this location it’s close to work so very convenient. Monica is the best excellent customer service, and she makes sure my order is right everytime. I love her energy first thing in the morning. If she’s not in there, I’m walking out. But my smoothies and breakfast sandwiches are always made to perfection(When she does it). I would recommend this location(If Monica is there)

I absolutely love the smoothies, wraps, and flatbreads here. My favorite place near campus. Everything is so fresh and full of flavor. My favorite smoothies are the jetty punch and paradise point. I love the chicken Caesar wrap and chicken bacon ranch flatbread. The employees are always welcoming and they have never gotten an order wrong.

Owner “Monica” cares more about her profit margin than doing what makes sense. Can’t authorize returns on a Saturday which seems to be their most busy day because staffing isn’t up to par; Would rather customer leave empty handed with no return due to that.

Customer Service is horrible and Very rude staff with no manager on duty. Jay is very rude, condescending and flippant to say the least. My order was not made to my satisfaction so I returned immediately to let the person who waited on me know that I wasn’t satisfied. Jay decided to intervene, not to help but to question me about how my order can be made, although I had paid for it. When I asked for a refund he smirked and went in to the next customer. I asked for mgmt and was told she’s not here. No one wears name tags so I’m sure if that’s even his name. Why would I want him to make anything that I would consume when he lacks basic customer service skills and business acumen …To say the least, this place is deplorable and if he continues to work here, you all won’t remain in business long. 1 star is being generous. If there was an option, this place would receive 0 stars!

This is the worse location in the 25 mile radius. The açaí bowls are always watery and they are not full at all! The bowls are very light weight with minimum fruit. These bowls are not cheap do not come to this location!

I really enjoy getting my food and smoothies from this location. The morning service is quick, professional, and consistent with their products ordered by their customers. Good drinks and food. Never had an issue with my order online or in the store. It is pleasure to visit this location.
The afternoon staff has a little bit more of a wait than the morning staff. Not sure why. But the order is still good and the smoothies are still good.
