There was only one employee, Brian, in the store doing EVERYTHING, from in store to online to Door Dash orders. He was extremely busy, yet he remained friendly, funny, and accommodating. He was the textbook definition of customer service. My husband was so impressed, he tipped Brian ( he doesn’t normally do that ). I truly hope he is appreciated for all his hard work and the satisfactory experience he gives to his customers. He’s worth the 5 stars.

Whoever the dude that was working Tuesday night alone needs a raise. Dude was in his prime. I saw the look in his eyes it was a tired bro. But when he told me “don’t worry I’ll be done soon” and I hit him with the “don’t worry about it take your time” I realized bro turned on his prime time creating my sub.

My father has never had this poor of service at a subway. My father was never greeted or ask what he wanted. The worker just stared at my father until my dad finally spoke. My father ordered a 6 inch sub. The worker stopped helping my father and started helping a girl that came in after my father. Then then told father he would get to his after he helped the girl. Finally the workerstopped helping the girl and came back to stare at my father still not asking my father what he wanted. My father asked for black olives the worker put 2 black olives on his sandwich. So my father ask for more the worker gave a total of 4 black olives and my dad said “really” and the worker just stared my dad down and wouldn’t put more on. My father is 73 years old and has never been treated so bad at a subway. Our family eats subway often but will not be back to this one.

Very unprofessional staff, the gentleman who I assume was the manager kept telling customers hes “got to get out of here” . No sense of urgency, to assist customers or complete orders in a timely manner. Food was good.

I have never experienced such rude service. From the moment we walked in, the employee treated us as if we were a burden. The situation was so unpleasant that I decided to leave, and even the gentleman who came in after us walked out in frustration because of how disrespectfully she was treating customers.
