This is the third time we’ve gone to this location. Because of past experiences, I knew that I ought to specifically ask that they leave the quesadilla in the warmer long enough to melt the cheese. This is the result of that request. It is impossible to eat. I’ll drive a longer distance next time to another location.

If you are a delivery driver, do not go here if you see any cars in the drive thru. They WILL NOT make your order until every single car in the line, plus any new cars that arrive while you’re waiting, have been serviced. Even if you have to wait 20, 30, 40 minutes. Make a complaint to DoorDash and Uber because they should remove this store from the platform. There is absolutely no regard for the driver’s time nor the customers who order their food.

Whatever shift was on staff at 11 AM November 17 on Monday they all need a raise. Not only was the staff very polite “yes sir”, “no sir”, they even asked nicely for me to round up a few cents for the boys and girls club, they also got my food out very quickly, and everything was made fresh and tasted great, and on top of that, they organized everything within my bag. I haven’t been to a fast food restaurant in a little over a week, but I have been to sit down restaurants two of which I rated one star because not only was their food horrible but their service was absolutely garbage. And on top of that I only paid $18 at Taco Bell….Stand up and take a bow Taco Bell.

Absolutely terrible customer service and management. They won’t even answer when you go through the drive through while still open. I will be contacting corporate as I’ve gone three times for Uber orders in one night over there, and live right behind them, to be told it’s already been picked up. After the second time and finally getting someone to answer at the drive through I was then told that DoorDash likes to come through and eat the orders. Again I’m with Uber. The manager “Trey” if that really is the manager didn’t even want to give me his name when I asked him. Appalling on every level.

These tacos are smashed into the paper. I will take that as a direct insult for my family placing an order and with how hard they were packed in it was intended to ruin my family’s meal. I want a complete refund of my $27 and my order to be completely remade and served back to me properly. I’m tempted to press charges against this store location as well. For reckless packaging and for retaliation against us the clients buying food. For $150 per item ruined in bag. That is the entire meal minutes the fryes that is 2x fries that where correct. That’s about all.

On 06/07/2025 I placed an order at your TacoBell location. I paid through the screen cashier system and even though the place was not full, I had to wait **35-40 minutes** without receiving my food. During that time, I noticed that only drive-thru service was prioritized, leaving several customers who, like me, had paid in person waiting.
Most frustratingly, when I inquired about the status of my order, I noticed that they didn’t even have it in preparation, despite the elapsed time. **40 minutes of waiting is unacceptable for a fast food place, especially when there was no clear communication about delays or apologies for the inconvenience.

Absolutely the worse !!! Waited for over 15 minutes and nobody tool my order. The gave a guy his order and didn’t give him his cup for a drink. He went around the corner to get it himself. Staff looked at me several times and never said a word. Will not be back to this location ! Went down the road to Whataburger were I got great service !

I ordered a power bowl with extra guacamole which I was charged $1 for and extra beans. I got a very lean power bowl. No extras guacamole and very little lettuce. They did scale down the rice but extras that I paid for were not included. No avocado sauce either. I had a problem with them once and it appears they didn’t get over it.

The food was OK. It’s Taco Bell so I don’t expect it to compare to a full-service Tex Mex restaurant. The problem was that I do expect a fast-food place to be sorta fast. I spent 20 minutes in the drive through – probably almost half of that sitting at the window waiting for my food. Thank goodness the kid running the window had enough sense to notice that the first bag he was given from the kitchen was not my order. That would have resulted in a one-star rating. Maybe they’re not always this slow, but on this night, I did not get the service I would expect.
