We ordered some potato tacos and paid for extra potatoes which is an extract $2 and they barely put anything in the tacos. We went back and the individual was rude and dismissed us. She told us that they gave two handfuls for the extra potatoes but as the picture shows we probably got barely half a handful.

Not professional, managers included! Literally had the music up so loud i couldn’t order my food. There was a whole bunch of cursing and music that should not be played where there’s children potentially. Messed my order up of course so I came inside. Took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge me. Saw two roaches and a centipede!!! Threw my order away and they didnt have enough money to give me for my refund…so I was issued a gift card. Decided to use the restroom before leaving and encounter just nastiness. Where’s the no star option. This is disgusting on all levels. Do not eat here!!!!

I believe Mercedes M helped me when I had to turn back around because my apple empanada wasn’t in the bag..she made sure to add extra empanada and a refund for my troubles. She went above and beyond swiftly at 1:30am , & I am grateful because I still had a good 20min left on my break. Plus the food was good❣️

I went to Taco Bell during 12:00 a.m. I asked for a 5 taco supremes. Got to the window and they gave me five tacos with nothing in there. Had to go all the way home and come back. The guy tall with blonde hair told me I ordered regular. I never order regular. I told him I’m hungry. I know what I ordered. He was really rude. This Taco cannot make a toddler full. What a shame!

The drive thru cashier Elizabeth W was so nice, her customer service was on point. She greeted us with a smile and I would go out of my way just to go back there again. She’s truly a good worker with a nice smile and good vibes. I hope the best goes to her !

I waited a whole hour and a half to go through a 4 car line and when we got to the window the lady said “what do u want” and the workers couldn’t even find our order at first. Then we didn’t even get our drinks or cinnamon twist and half of the food that we did get was wrong and the rest tasted horrible. Worst fast food experience ever.
