This is hands down my favorite Starbucks, I literally drive out of my way to go to this location! The customer service is consistently amazing, from everyone greeting me with genuine smiles, you can feel the warmth from the employees and that they care about creating a positive experience. On top of the incredible customer service this location is always impeccably clean and well-organized. And to top it all off my orders come out quickly and perfectly every single time, even during busy hours/holiday season! Truly the best-run Starbucks by far!!!

I always order the same drink which is the brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso. Evwry startbucks makes it so delicious, this is the only location where they do a horrible job at it! Multiple times they have made it where it tastes like milk and sugar, ive always felt bad complaining or asking them to change it. The day that i decided to say something about it they were completely rude so I just asked for my money back. I let them know ahead of time that its been done wrong in the past if they can please make it right and I was ignored and asked if I was going to order anything else. So I already knew they were going to do it bad and they did. It sucks because its the one closer to my house but i rather drive further than come here again

Okay Ceres peeps! (Or if you’re headed thru Ceres on highway 99! This location beats out all locations in Modesto and Ceres combined… my typical order is Trenta iced green tea with no water (meaning they do not dilute). Everyone else either leaves out the sweetener or still adds water and can never get it right! This location has been spot on EVERY SINGLE TIME! Thank you Sbucks team on Mitchel (by the new Walmart)! You rock!

The manager was very rude there the lady with glasses and tall black hair the service was not good at all they need to retrain the manager I asked her name she didn’t wanna give it out then I asked for the corporate number and she says there’s no corporate. This is the only store in series with just one manager so the manager whoever trained her needs to retrain her because her customer service sucks big time she tried to talk to him in Spanish, and I taught told heryou know I speak Spanish, but I also speak English and I would like to make a complaint and she didn’t wanna do anything. She didn’t give me she didn’t wanna give me my receipt back. It was just all bad. They just ruined our dinner.

Ordered a JAVA CHIP FRAPPUCCINO through mobile ordering and the Barista made a similar drink like the one pictured, it was sitting around on the counter and I didn’t grab it cause it looked nothing like a Java Chip, so I didn’t even think it was my drink. After waiting for 30+ minutes I asked if they’ve made my drink only for them to say it was that pictured drink. The batista gave me a rude look and remade the drink with half whip cream, poured the coffee over it, and then added whip cream and what looks like crunched up oreo pieces on top which isn’t how a Java Chip is supposed to look. Please educate your baristas on the proper way to make a Java Chip because it should only be topped with Whip Cream and Mocha Drizzle, nowhere in the ingredients does it mention to fill half the cup with whipped cream before adding the coffee, nor does it say to add oreo pieces on the top. Very disappointing experience to say the least
