I cannot say enough good things about this place! As a fellow restaurant owner in Southeastern Oklahoma, it is nice to see a place with such passion for what they do. The food is ridiculously good and is probably the best BBQ I have had in Oklahoma. The brisket is knock your socks off good. The pecan pie burnt ends are scrumptious! Phat Tabbs is a gem and I would recommend stopping every time they are open and you are in the area.

My first stop here did not disappoint.
I’m proclaiming it the best BBQ in Oklahoma, on par with the best Texas has to offer, and perhaps even exceeding it. The phat pork sandwich was phenomenal and definitely stole the show, and I usually don’t even care for pulled pork. The zucchini and carrot salad was light, and had an Asian flare that perfectly balanced out the richness of the BBQ. This is a must stop.

I love BBQ and Tabb’s is by far the best I have ever had. I can just eat the brisket alone, no sides, no sauces, nothing added because it is that good.
Everything we have ever had on the menu is delicious!
Make sure to always check the days and hours for when they are open! They typically have an allotment of food they make each day, and when they are sold out, they close! So you can call in the morning with your order and get it secured as early as you can!
We have done pick up and dine in, both work great. The inside can fill up really easy so sometimes it can be difficult to find a seat. It defiantly has that hole in the wall vibe when you arrive!

Lived up to every expectation. The brisket was the best I’ve ever had. The chicharrones were an unexpected item that really delivered. As with the chicharrones, the sides are clearly made by someone who understands the juxtaposition of texture and flavor to make an outstanding dish.
Usually there’s something to point out that they could improve but I can’t even nitpick.

A local friend recommended we visit this local BBQ joint. Absolutely delicious and full of local character. We got our order and devoured everything before I remembered to take pictures. Fortunately we decided to order more of the daily specials (jalapeno poppers, sausages, and burnt ends) to bring back home with us.
Everything was moist and delicious. The sides were great as well. Tasty BBQ sauce was provided but the meat didn’t even need any.

We were staying near Hochatown, so we definitely needed to check this place out. Worth the 30 minute drive. Brisket, pulled pork, and ribs all delicious. Service was great, and it was fascinating to watch how well the kitchen worked.
