Very good food and service, finally like a pad Thai in Lewis County now, wife loves the soup options, our one sushi was fine but look forward to try others next visit. This place has great variety. Takeout box of chicken pad Thai is very large. Ordered extra avocado with my roll, I’m not sure where it’s located.

We weren’t sure how this place would be. But it was incredible!!! Their bento box with teriyaki chicken had the best chicken I’ve ever had with teriyaki!!! And all the sushi and rolls were super fresh and tasty! Very good quantity and pricing was also good. Their ambience is also great!!! We got a beautiful booth!!!

The food was better than I expected. I had salmon in curry which was delicious. The salmon was crisp and well seasoned.
The meats in all the breaded dishes that my family ordered were quite crisp.
My husband commented that the general two’s chicken was a bit sweet.
The server was very attentive.
My only warning:
The ladies restroom has a paper sign that asks you not to flush toilet paper. I am such a rule breaker. Apparently, this is common in some countries and I am not well traveled.

Kobe Sushi Teriyaki is a good place. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and nice. The food is tasty, and the prices are good. I have been here three times already, and I really liked it. I will definitely visit again.

This little hole in the wall had made my day. The place is absolutely stunning, they had a lunch special where you get rolls under 20$ and they were fast! It’s very affordable in comparison to other places I have been. I’m very impressed and I will be suggesting this place to many people in the future!

Take my money. Best coconut curry I’ve had since moving to Centralia. Didn’t skimp on the tofu. Tons of vegan options on the menu and obviously lots of meat and seafood. Clean, beautiful atmosphere. Prices standard.

This was our second time visiting in 2 weeks. The first time was perfect. The second time was a disaster. We ordered the “fried cheese wontons” for an appetizer. On the menu, it’s labeled as cheese. My friends have an adversion to seafood, so they were shocked to find out that it actually has crab meat in them. Then, after 3 of the 5 people were served, we waited another 24 min for the rest of our food. We had to wave the waiter down twice to ask for a refill. After the meal, I spoke to the manager about the cheese wontons. She told me that it always comes with crab. I politely asked them to be more specific with what is on the menu. Hopefully, they will see this and take it seriously. The food was amazing! I just hope this was a one time thing, because we love coming here every payday..

Delicious! I can’t wait to go back
Went here specifically to try their teriyaki plate and was not disappointed. Healthy portion, fresh ingredients (carrots, broccoli, zucchini, onions, mushrooms) and perfectly cooked chicken. We also ordered the mixed tempura as an appetizer — it came out fresh and cooked perfectly.

Just great all around! So refreshing to have a clean, comforting atmosphere, with understated, graceful yet quick service. We ordered a variety of common dishes to try and they were all great temp, cooked very well, presented nicely, and well seasoned.
Love the attention to detail in providing ornate sauce dispenser and holders, glassware, and plastic (reusable) chopsticks.
Orange chicken, Hibachi steak fried rice, Cowboy sushi roll, and gyoza (deep fried)
The only con I could think of was that I saw they had pan-fried gyoza on their menu but no longer had them.

What a fabulous little find in Centralia. Kobe Sushi and Teriyaki is more than just sushi and teriyaki. Let’s break it down:
Staff: friendly, welcoming, attentive and respectful. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Very sweet waitress.
Ambiance: The restaurant is clean, with plenty of seating. It wasn’t crowded when I was there, which was fine with me! It’s not a fancy place, but it’s not a dive, either. Nice family place and comfortable for the solo diner as well.
Food: The selection is vast! Lots of sushi choices. I’m not a sushi fan so it was nice to see there were plenty of other options. I started off with a cup of miso soup, and it was delicious! The broth was very flavorful and I even ate the little tofu bits floating around…and I hate tofu! They were little bite sized pieces and not big, obnoxious chunks that usually accompany miso. So, they were tolerable. But, the broth was the winner and it was sublime.
I also ordered some crab puffs which did not disappoint! I could even taste the crab which was delightful, as there is usually just cream cheese in other ones I’ve eaten. They were superbly fried to a soft golden brown and perfectly crispy. Excellent! The pineapple fried rice with chicken was fantastic. Served in a hollowed out pineapple half, chock full of delicious fried rice; it was so cool! Beautiful to look at, and delicious to eat. Lots of tender chicken, pineapple and cashews throughout the rice. The portion was huge and I had plenty left over for a meal the next day.
Location: Kobe is located in a dumpy looking strip mall next to The Goodwill. Don’t let that stop you from trying them out. They deserve the 5 stars I’ve given them! I’ll definitely swing in again next time I’m up that way.
