This really sucks. They’ve done this every time but tonight was by far the worst example of it. Place a web order and then about 20 minutes later it got marked ready and so I walked in about 10 seconds after getting the notification that it was ready for pickup and stood there for 20 minutes and he didn’t start making it at all in any way in any part of this web order until at least 10 minutes after he had marked it ready. I was purposely going to sit in the car and not inside the creepy restaurant while they made the food so I would just go in when it was ready and then leave with it. It’s the most egregious like lying to my face that I’ve experienced in quite some time in any situation

I have been to this Subway several times with no problems. Today the sandwich ingredients were very bad. Lettuce was brown and bitter. Tomato so soggy and overripe and spinach tasted bad. I ended up throwing half of my sandwich into trash. Very disappointed. P

I ordered for delivery from Door Dash. When ordered, it said my food would be delivered within 20 minutes. The dasher messaged me that there was only 1 person working and they were way behind. I feel bad for the employee. Owner…hire more people, come help your employee, turn OFF order acceptance with delivery services until you are caught up. My order took over 1 hour to arrive and I don’t live far. Again, I feel bad for the employee working like that

Went to Subway this evening, ordered 6 footlong subs. Mgr was great! Gave me and hubby great service and even picked out all the bad banana pepper and jalapeno pepper that I didn’t even notice it was bad. Made beautiful looking subs! I almost wanted to video it because he had it all lined up perfectly too. One man team at it’s greatest! Thank you Mgr. (Sorry didn’t ask for ur name. Just knew you were the mgr based on our conversation.)

I made an order online around Noon, lunch time and there was only one person working and she was trying so hard to get everyone in and out. I understand that everyone is short staffed which I totally understand and most of all the customers did as well. I can’t help but question where the manager is on a Friday afternoon to help his/her employee if someone doesn’t show up or no one else scheduled.

I went into this store to pick up an online order and Stephanie said there was no order. I gave her order number had all proof of me ordering at this location and she refused to make my order because there was no ticket. Absolutely ridiculous. They took my money and refused to make my order even with proof. There was no manager on site which is not okay and she didn’t even know the store number or a number to call for a refund! If you want to eat here you basically can’t have an online order because their system won’t make a “Ticket” even with the order number!

Wonderful service! The 2 gentlemen working today around 11:30 were fantastic. One was getting trained in and the one doing the teaching was great at explaining why he was doing what he was doing. Great workers! Hope to make this my new “home” subway since the one i was used to has closed.

I went Subway tonight. I ordered my food. This is the second Subway that lies to you. They say other subs on the list such as the Philly can’t use the coupon. I’m done with Subway. I understand the exclusions on the coupon. But it doesn’t exclude what I ordered. This is bait and switch marketing. I will never return. I paid full price even though my order fell under coupon subs . It was very dried out. Too many times there food is not what it used to be.
