I havent had a buster bar in a year, and today I was craving one, so I went and bout four! By far this Dairy Queen has fell off! This was the smallest buster bar I’ve ever gotten, also it was missing the best part the fudgie stuff in the middle and bottom! Not only was is small and missing the west parts it was insanely over priced! It also bearly had any peanuts ! I will never go here again!!!!!!!

Update – 8/29/22: Again… We love Dairy Queen! We probably go there too much… but in my opinion you can NEVER have too much Dairy Queen. My wife and I both got Blizzards… our favorite!

Update – 7/20/22: Rather than using the drive-thru… this time we went to the walk-up window. If you Googled the words “mass confusion”, this Dairy Queen would pop up. There were 6 or 7 people working in a space about 12 feet x 8 feet… all on one side of the room by the drive-thru window. At one point there was no one taking orders and there 8 people standing in line outside. Luckily the 3 or 4 people actually working were pretty fast… polite and friendly. I will keep the 5 stars… because it was fun to watch. Free entertainment!

Ordered Turtle sundae, got home and noticed when my 10yr old was eating it that it was chocolate shell not fudge and there was no Carmel, drove ten minutes back up there to be argued with. First they said it was half eaten ( there were three bites taken) then he said that’s what a turtle sundae consists of. I bought from here three days earlier and order a turtle on that occasion too, noticed the kid that made it was working and I asked him what a turtle has on it and his reply was “Sir I’m not getting in the middle of it” Finnally the guy lies to me and says they don’t have carmel sauce. He goes to the back to retrieve another gentlemen whom I assume is the manager, upon questioning him he tells me he doesn’t work there and is very rude until he notices that I’m recording the whole interaction
Eventually after 2min of arguing and then being ignored they made me an actual turtle sundae and told me next time I will not be refunded. These employees are very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a customer here for as long as I can remember, I will not be going back

I can now say all 3 Dairy Queen’s in Racine are now terrible. But this one may be the worst. Pulled couldn’t understand anything he said. The guy at the window messed up my order and he smelled horrible! I didn’t even want the order anymore.. I shouldn’t be able to smell that you’re musty from the window of a drive thru! This place should be closed until they figure it out.

I preordered a Oreo Ice Cream cake for my sons birthday and this is what I received. I assumed I was going to get the cake pictured on the Dairy Queen website. The whipped cream on the cake tasted like chemicals. I would recommend picking out a cake at a different location.

Why is it that everytime I come this location you guys never have Bananas and your shake machine is down and what was ordered had more ice cream than candy!!! Overall this location should just shut the hell down!!!

I’ve been going to this Dairy Queen consistently for the past 5-6 months and no matter what I order they give me melted ice cream. It’s nice that they still hand dip which the only reason I’ll keep supporting this business. But I won’t ever buy anything else from this place. Every blizzard I’ve bought are handed to me already melted and banana splits are handed out as cold milky soup. But their hand dipped buster bars are worth ignoring the melted soupy soft serve.

I am done with this Dairy Queen. First time I went when the new owners took over. I got a Reese‘s peanut butter cup blizzard. There were 2 cups and the reason for that was because they had shred a hole in the 1st cup, so therefore I had pieces of the paper cup in my blizzard. I’ve tried two more times in which my husband wanted a banana split blizzard and they did not have any bananas. someone needs to teach them how to run that business. I don’t recommend this Dairy Queen for anyone.
