Really horrible. Three reasons: 1.) timing- horrible!! I scheduled a time ! Man, don’t bother. It gets there when they wanna bring it. 2.) No crust – they are inconsistent and undercooked my pizza on several occasions. The drivers want to pull it out of the oven so fast instead of letting it cook. Way undercooked, soggy and no crust. Other Marcos locations don’t do that. 3.) Look at the photo of the box that I posted: they are too lazy to put a BOX LINER IN THE BOX, which is a requirement by the corporate office and industry standards. When I put that box on my tablecloth. It soaked my table with grease!!!! I worked for Marcos in Elyria, but this Medina location is horrible. No stars. I paid $25 ( including tip)for a pizza that was undercooked, delivered by a rude driver and untimely, and I could not even eat the pizza. See the photos.

I ordered deliver, i got the notification that my food was “on its way” and it took AN HOUR to arrive after it left the the store. I live 1 minute away and my food rode around in a mini van for an hour. I called for an update and the staff was pretty rude. And by the time it arrived it was ice cold, and my stupid self still ate it and got food poisoning
Edit: notice how in their response, they acknowledged the delay and the staff but completely ignored the food poisoning part. Been in extreme pain and constant diarrhea for 3 days since eating that meal.

Ordered pizza at 9:44pm. Estimated delivery time says 10:14. Tried to track order from link and email. It would not work. Called the store directly at 10:44 pm. The employee said my pizza was out for delivery. At 10:57 I got a text to say my pizza was out for delivery, provided a text link to track. The text link took me to a door dash link. The door dash driver had not even started heading to the store yet to pick up the pizza which Marcos employee informed me it was out for delivery 15 minutes beforehand. The order is supposed to be delivered at 11:22pm, original time of 10:14 and their employees flat out lied and said my order was being delivered, even though it had not been picked up by a third party service yet. I havent ordered from Marcos in years, and will not again. Complete trash

I love Marcos Pizza but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here anymore. The last 3 times I have ordered, it has taken over an hour to get my food. The estimate is always 30 minutes. I ordered my pizza at 5:27, I got the “baking” email at 5:31, and it didn’t leave the store until 6:17. My house is less than 10 minutes away and it took 25 minutes to get to me. It was barely warm when it arrived. I love the pizza itself but waiting over an hour for it is insane.

Consistency seems to be the hardest thing to obtain in Medina pizza. Sadly, Marco’s must be included. If you try making your own pizza with three toppings it’s either perfect or incredibly undercooked and floppy, toppings all over your plate. Marco’s used to be so dependable which saddens me. In the end though, it cooks great when we reheat it the next day.

We love this pizza! We have quite a few pizza places that we pass daily near our house and yet we continue to order from Marcos even though it’s 9 miles away. Always yummy pizza and their sales can’t be beat honesty. Iam sitting here typing this with one hand and have Marco’s pizza in the other LOL. I’d take a pictures however like usual, there’s not much left.

The quality at Marcos pizza in Medina is awesome. Fast service, great tasting pizza, and never have to worry about getting cheated on the toppings. Even if this place tasted terrible (which it doesn’t), the kindness and amazing employees would make up for it. My foot is broken so when I hopped in there on crutches, Josh was working the front end. He got the door for me, took out my pizza to my car without asking, and was extremely kind. Give Josh a raise and keep making some awesome pizza.

It’s my favorite pizza+other in Medina with all consideration of price, taste, amount, speed. It’s only happened once before in 15 years but today (1-Mar-25) when the pizza was wrong, they fixed it. The other time was close enough so I didn’t bother them about it– it just had a thin crust (which is good too) instead of a regular crust. I’ve never ordered anything like it before but a crewwoman gave me a cinnamon desert type thing after the fix so I’m actually happy to try it.
I don’t regularly get takeout/delivery (maybe once a month) but when I do it’s usually there sans other people or myself wanting something else. The surety that I’m not going to be disappointed is a big reason why.
