I ordered from the Papa John’s app, and my order was sent to a completely different location!
The delivery driver called me and asked for extra money just to bring the order to my correct address! When I contacted the restaurant, they didn’t help at all — they just told me to “place a new order,” as if they don’t care about customers being scammed.
Honestly, it was a very bad and unprofessional experience. I won’t be ordering again unless this issue is fixed and I’m compensated for what happened.

Papa John’s Pizza carry-out from the S. Alex Rd location in West Carrollton. I’m not a huge fan of Papa John’s in general. The last time I had it, it was bought for me. But for some reason, that’s where I found myself.
I tried the jalapeno popper rolls, and was highly disappointed. I ended up adding more cream cheese and reheating them at home. Pizza crust was overdone as well. I did submit restaurant feedback, but never heard back. ♀️

Ordered delivery, they didn’t have enough drivers so I a cost cutting measure they used a DoorDash driver. Though not the door dashers fault, the food arrived lukewarm as the third party drivers don’t have the heating bags like pizza companies.
This is a disgusting effort to save money and should be frowned upon. Clearly not better ingredients nor better pizza

The call center stated I would receive my pizza within 45 minutes. Two and a half hours later it arrives and it is the wrong Pizza. A large 16in pizza with only 39 slices of pepperoni, (attached picture) NOT 66 that I paid for.
The only good thing that came out of this was when I called and complained, they did credit me back my money.

Food has went down hill. The food is bland, I will say the pizzas were hot but we love the breadsticks and they get less and less sauce every time we come. This last time they were so dry it was just plain dough.

We tried Papa John’s again tonight, against my better judgment. We ordered a Spinach & Tomato Alfredo pizza, a Bacon Epic Stuffed crust pizza, 6 cheese breadsticks, and a chocolate chip cookie. The spinach pizza had about 5 or 6 pieces of spinach and not much more tomatoes. Sad, it was good but would have been better with more toppings. The so called epic garlic stuffed crust was a joke. There was no garlic…it was so bland! Ok Papa John’s step it up or close down! You suck!!

Probably should give 5 stars for service and atmosphere, but I’ve really not done anything but order delivery. Haven’t said that, I have nothing to say but I consider their pizzas as top notch. They’re certainly great with the cheese stuffed crust. If you want a great pizza you should give them a try, although I can’t imagine u’all haven’t had their cuisine.

Honestly I’m not sure why so many reviews are bad. We order delivery here once or twice a month and our food is always hot and fresh and arrives early or on time. I’ve had to call in twice because I screwed up ordering on the app, and both times they fixed it quickly and politely. They deserve more praise!
