Very good pizza. My first time trying sourdough pies and it surpassed my expectations. Friendly staff. Dine in is a bit small but it’s still a good spot to eat, we went on a Thursday afternoon so there was a lot of people due to the sunset market but it was nice to eat here then going out for a walk. The tenders are good as well a bit more spicy would have been better but overall great experience. I Highly recommend this pizza spot

Been wanting to try Odie’s for a long time but every time we passed it, it was packed inside. This time, after walking around Sunset Market, we decided to order a pizza to take home to the fam.
I saw online they had a new collaboration with Craft Coast Tacos & Beer: the “Best Coast” Birria Pizza with Consommé (side of broth for dipping). So, I ordered it online and picked it up in person at the pick-up counter. They were packed and I’m glad I was able to pickup and leave…didn’t see an open table.
Wow, it was so good! This should just stay on the menu permanently if you ask me. We all loved it, even with the raw chopped onions (my kids didn’t like that part).
Will definitely return, eat inside with a beer and enjoy one of their other creations.

NY style pizza was absolutely fantastic. This is one of the best pizzas I have ever had in my life. Highly recommend. We love we could get an individuals slice for each kid of whatever they want and me and the wife could get an entire pie to crush. Good happy hour deal too.

Odie’s Pizza was unfortunately a bit of a disappointment for us. The pizza sounded fantastic, which is why we were excited to try it. We ordered two slices, but they weren’t warm or hot, and it seems that unless you order a full pie, the slices may not be the best representation of what the pizza can be.
Because of that, the pizza ended up being subpar, which was a letdown. We ordered the Cowboy Day pizza and really wish it had been served hot, because we’re pretty sure it would’ve been excellent fresh out of the oven.
On a positive note, they were great about accommodating our request for hot honey on the side, which was fantastic. The place was busy, which shows it’s popular—but that still doesn’t excuse serving pizza that isn’t hot.
Maybe next time we’ll try ordering a full pie and give it another shot, but this visit just didn’t meet expectations.

I had such high hopes for Odie’s. Place was crowded, so the thought was it must be great. Such a disappointment. The pizza is all flop and no crisp. The dough was wet and floppy. Flavor was good but the crust was not. It looks great until you try and pick up a slice. We asked for well done and it was still a wet mess.

We liked it! Specialty pizza close the other shops, the theater, the pier and beach. Try the chicken BBQ pizza. Not bad. Of course the pepperoni n cheese was great. The atmosphere was open with a nice breeze from the open rolling door. Parking is slim but right near the front. Bring your kids. Cant lose with great pizza.

This small-owned pizza shop is located near the heart of downtown Oceanside, just 2 blocks away from the ocean.
Odie’s Pizza Co. offers a new twist to the pizza scene and delivers delicious sourdough crust and sporting over 20 adult beverages on tap.
They also carry a few delicious hard seltzers.
Their house-made ranch and dill goes perfectly with their sourdough crust, which has known to be easier on our digestive system than typical flour dough.
This place is very popular and one of the downsides is that there can often be a line coming out the door.
But they do have lunch specials with great pricing and their service is spectacular.
One advantage is that they also serve pizza by the slice, which is perfect to pick up and go take a walk to the pier nearby. They also serve delicious chicken wings with a very addictive sauce.
There is even a vegan dough option for their pizza and vegan chicken wings.
Another downside, which is not of their fault, is that parking in the downtown area is extremely limited.
Overall, Odie’s pizza is still a great addition to the downtown Oceanside food scene and I highly recommend them!

Absolutely delicious, The toppings went all the way out to the brin on the square pizza… i dont ever eat the ends.. but I did today!! Crust is fresh sourdough, the side of ranch is freshly made and it seemed to have a little dill flavor which was surprisingly delicious!! friendly, dog friendly, great sidewalk atmosphere! We will definitely be back, its worth the drive from Temecula

I was excited to try this pizza because I love all things sourdough! The service was quick and everyone was super friendly. The pizza was delicious (we got the New York style)! The only thing I thought the crust was lacking was the signature sourdough flavor. I kept waiting for that tang and never tasted it. Besides that the pizza/dough was very good. Next time I will try the grandma style !

The food was delicious! We got the new york style Rebel Rebel and the grandma style Harvest Moon. Both were amazing, the sourdough flavor popped out when eating the crust. I wish they sold their sourdough starter because of how good there pizza is.
