This place is amazing from start to the very end. Our server Kimberly was extremely nice and helpful. The food was extremely fresh and delicious, and the size of the portions was honestly even a little too big. Luckily, they provide multiple to go boxes (trust me, you’ll need them). Highly recommend this place.

The food is absolutely the best—every bite is delicious, full of flavor, and prepared perfectly. If I could give it 20 stars, I would! The drinks are strong and so well made—you’ll want to dance your way out after. The atmosphere is lively and fun, and the service is outstanding. Reina was the best waitress—so kind and attentive—we had to give her a great tip! Highly recommend this spot!

A friend who is more familiar with Peruvian cuisine suggested this place and they ordered for the table. We got an assortment of 4 dishes for a party of 6 adults and two kids. Everything was great. The lomo saltado was a standout for me, the beef was super tender and flavorful, the rice and fries mixed with the sauce just hit the spot.

I want to give this place less than 5 stars because I think the beef for the lomo can be better, but that would do the disservice to everything else this place has to offer. My the fries rice sauce and vegetables were perfect. The passion drink was great.

Aji is one of my favorite restaurants in Tampa. The wide selection of ceviches and other delicious Peruvian dishes is great. I’ve been here several times and have tasted a variety of foods and all of them are delicious. I usually try to eat a different ceviche every time I visit since they have such a great variety of them. This time I decided to try the Lomo Saltado and the May y Tierra combination appetizer. Everytime we’ve visited Aji, all of their staff is attentive and helpful. But this visit stood out especially as our waitress Valentina took exceptional care of us, from seating us to quickly taking our order and anticipating our every need, even as she is attending other tables at the other side of the restaurant she is attentive to our table from a distance and quickly noticed when we needed to order something else. She truly made it a great dining experience. Gracias Valentina! I highly recommend Aji ceviche bar as a great place to enjoy delicious Peruvian food with excellent service and ample parking.

Food flavors are the best. They have their authentic cuisine. Prices are high, but I just discovered they have special menus on weekday/lunch. I don’t know if they use it as marketing, but it’s a great way to get more customers, and the waiting is less. The portion of each plate was good, including the entree, the main plate, and the drink. service was good as well.

This was my first time going to a Peruvian restaurant and it was AMAZING! Loved all the food and drinks! The food was plated so nicely, the portions were generous, and the restaurant smelled amazing! It was so nicely decorated too and the server was helpful with helping me choose what to get! I will definitely be back again!!
