The service here absolutely sucks! Every single time we have ordered, they give us a time to pick up, varies from 10-20 minutes, it has n.e.v.e.r. been ready, we always have to wait an additional 8 minutes. Exactly 8 minutes every time we go to the drive thru window. The older, heavy man at the drive thru has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, he’s not friendly at all and will not thank you for your business.
Most of the time, the pizza is ok, but several times the sauce is nowhere adequate, it has been about 2 inches from the edge so you are left with a lot of crust
I see all these poor reviews and can’t help but wonder why corporate hasn’t corrected the management and employee training.

I would give 0 stars went here after work at 3pm and got the little pizza puff things. Went in drive when I ordered. They said it would be a few minute wait which was fine as long as it was fresh. They gave me a Beeper and had me park. I waited 30 minutes before the beeper went off. I sat there for another 5 minutes and decided to go in and get it myself. It was sitting in the drive thru with no one round. I just got my food and left. After getting almost home I decided to go ahead and eat one the first one I picked up and took a bite of had so much garlic on it that it burnt my tongue. The next one I picked up was raw and you can plainly see that none of them was cooked all the way. Never again will I go here. Just plain pathetic you can’t get anything right.

Don’t order doordash from this place, they’ll mess your order up every time. I’ve ordered from them twice in the last few days and my order has been wrong, today I ordered a Deep Dish pizza and got a stuffed crust with pepperoni, sausage, and ham, not even remotely close to a deep dish not to mention I can’t eat sausage. First time they messed it up they gave me my food stone cold and left my 2 liter out.

Business is dirty. There were flies everywhere including the pizza being cut on the counter. The employee making pizza didnt know where my order was. My pizza was on the counter in the box but the box was half open. Got the pizza(Ultimate Supreme) home and there was no sauce on the pizza and very few toppings. What toppings were on the pizza were all in the center of the pizza not anywhere near the edge. Needless to say it wasn’t very well made and wasn’t done either.
There is supposed to be new management at this business and improvements to services. New manager you have a long way to go.

the past 2 times that i’ve been to this place the sauce that they had given me was absolutely disgusting. Not to mention I waited an hour for my pizza just for it to taste rotten, had me sitting in the bathroom for 3 days. Eat at your own risk, count your days caesar man.

Went through drive through and a very nice male took my order but never have I ever had such a horrible pizza from any Little Caesars.
Warm at best, not cut well and can live with that but that was the driest pizza I’ve ever seen. No sauce on this thing at all. It was worse than old cheesey bread.
The place was empty and only two other customers there. They arrived together, shotgunned their beer then walked in. That’s another reason I did the drive thru. The area didn’t feel safe.
After 1 piece I was done. This was a waste of time and money. Sorry Little Caesar’s but please know that red sauce does belong on the pizza.

Edited to 4 weeks later…2 separate customers had been told it would be a 10 min wait. One ended up being 40 minutes the other 35 minutes. I’m not sure of the policies but had it been me I would have given the order and the money back.

We placed an order to be ready at 1945. I called at 1900 to see if they could fix it sooner as we wanted to catch a movie. I was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. We arrived ant 1915, and were then told another 10 minutes as they had “lost our ticket.” At 1945, I still had not received the order, we missed our movie, and when we made it home to eat, the order was not only incorrect, but the crust was not done. Several customers were at the counter and not one employee acknowledges any of them. Ridiculous. This place continues to disappoint, which is too bad as everywhere I’ve lived, Little Caesars had always been my go to.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I always buy a cup of Parmesan cheese with my order. I don’t mind paying for it because I know it costs the store money but today I was told I could not. I was told there was a new manager and they were not allowed to sale a cup of cheese. So, new manager you have lost my business and I get crazy bread weekly. Good job. I will certainly tell my friends and relatives to never come back to your store.
