I can look past the slow service everytime we come here but what I cant continue to look past is the constant having another groups food cooked before ours when they arrived after us and us having to wait an hour for our food to be cooked. This is the second time we have walked out of your restaurant because of this and probably won’t ever be back. You shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours for food here. It’s ridiculous! It’s a shame too. The food is great but service SUCKS everytime. The restaurant is filthy and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms and the sticky floor in the main dining room. We have brought large groups on manu occasions and easily spend $100 everytime we come. Not anymore. I will take my money where it is appreciated.

Going away party for my son heading to college. Everyone had a good time. The service was excellent. Our cook was very good and made our food without putting on a big show since we were all engaged in conversation, which was greatly appreciated. All of the food was prepared to perfection. This location is highly recommended!

Quite literally, the worst Japanese/hibachi food I’ve had in my life. I ordered to go over the phone and when I arrived to pick it up I was just put off when I walked in. The vibe inside the restaurant felt very much like a take out preferred place. Furnishings and finishes were run down and out dated. Also stacking up orders on a dining table in the front of house just felt so odd for a Japanese steakhouse. The food, like I said, was the worst I’ve had from a Japanese place. Tasted like the only thing they put in my food was black pepper and soy sauce. Chicken was dry and the shrimp was extremely over cooked. Save yourself the time and money and just got to Hibachi Express. Better food and half the cost.

The owner was the rudest person I have ever met. I would not go back to this place if you paid me to eat there. They are understaffed and I see why. The wait once you get to the table is long.
The fried rice was bland and had no taste. The steak was soaked in butter. The veggies were over cooked.
The whole attitude of the place is bad. I will not be coming back.

I always order takeout from here and it’s always wrong. There’s always only 1 person working and it seems like they can’t ever hire more people. They seemed to have rebranded a few months ago and I thought they were doing better, but we came in the other day and all hibachi tables were full and there was only one guy serving again. Plus we wanted to just sit at a regular table and they never came to sit us so we left. I love hibachi and this place so it sucks to see it going down the drain. Do better.
