Everything was great until some random lady who was” The manager” came in and started harassing us about mask while we were sitting down not moving and was extremely rude, she was definitely on a power trip and driving customers away. Nice quiet place, great atmosphere, clean and well kept. They keep the drinks flowing and make a decent dish to suit most tastes. A variety of games including u1 and the old favorites. Pool tables and big screens for the sports junkies, foosball for kids of all ages. Stop in for a custom freeze concoction and try your luck.

be -5 stars. I went to this location to buy cigarettes and the lady at the counter with glasses just snaps at me. I’m appalled by her nasty attitude and the fact that she spoke to the customer prior to me the same way is even more unacceptable as your manager sits there and says nothing. Then she knew she was in the wrong because she says I’m sorry for talking to you disrespectful but I didn’t. My reply that’s not a apology and your customer services sucks. I will never visit this establishment again

I was having a good time talking with a friend of mine until we were approached by the guy bar tender who stated we were loitering because we hadn’t ordered anything for the 3hrs he had been on duty. I informed him we had ordered drinks and food from the women who was on shift prior to him starting. I even showed him our empty cups and food containers. He didn’t seem to care so we ended up leaving. This was my first time visiting this location and I won’t be back again. I’ve never had any issues at any other Bourbon Street Bar before. Idk if it’s the area or what but never again.

Place is full of con artists and unsavory types looking to prey on the winners anyway they can ,but atleast make sure your car is locked and keys and wallet are tucked tight. The employees doing even worse to make sure you are safe.

Nice spot to hang out. Pool and slots open. Games currently closed due to Covid, great jukebox though. Food options and drinks of course. Several other small casinos connected and accessible without going outside.
