I use to come here often and it was great. Just showed up after a while and they had all the portions down to half. My sandwich is always the same and I want to say that this place made the worst size I have ever had from a subway. I wish they could understand the value of having a good meal after a very stressful day but apparently their concern is more towards saving money, and honestly, trying to full the customers believing it’s a Subway experience when clearly is far from that. As I said before, I eat the same sandwich almost every day, I’ve been here before, but this time was very poor. And I know it was not just mine. All portions are down to half. Cheese down to 3 slices. Even the banana peppers the poor employee was counting to make sure it was only 4. Amazing job!

The guy had no respect for me at all . I wanted my sandwich one way and he got mad because I didn’t want mayo in the beginning. I thought I could make my sandwich the way I want it. I’m never going there again. He has no customer service skills at all. I’m really up set because that was my go to place when I wanted something really quick. But it’s ok I’d rather eat from the supermarket across the street. Thank you hope listening!!!

Horrible service. The man was talking on his phone the whole time he did our orders and he kept putting things on our sandwich without us saying. We had to correct him 6 times. It’s not that he misheard us, he was just putting anything he wanted on it while talking on the phone. Never going there again

I went In to order for me and my boyfriend told them I wanted a sandwich that they had a menu and a ham and cheese. One of the workers looked at me like I had six heads so I repeated the sub I wanted and pointed to the sub I wanted. After he toasted it asked me what I wanted on it I said how ever the sub comes and again looked at me like I had six heads. Didn’t look at all like he knew what he was doing. His co-worker showed him the recipe and he still couldn’t make the sub correctly. Subs were messy and cold by the time I got to eat it. I live 2 mins down the street and my subs are always still warm when I get home but not this time. Just disappointed.

Meat looked, shall we say, “old.” They shortchanged me on the portions. Staff were not comprehensible in English. I didn’t even finish my order, just walked out.

Place order for delivery and they didn’t even wrap my sandwich. This is unsanitary. They also added italian dressing when I didn’t ask for it on my second sandwich. Then when I tried to get a refund, they hung up on me.

Ordered online for pickup. The order was for two of the same type of sandwich, but different bread and one with olives. Almost nothing in the order was correct. The olive sandwich got the bread from the non-olive sandwich. Both were missing nearly every topping we asked for – pickles, green peppers, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, etc.
We got a vaguely tolerable set of sandwiches which weren’t at all close to what we ordered. I’m not even sure the meat was actually right. Not tasty, and not what we asked for. I do not recommend this Subway.
