The Quality overall was good, pizza was cut with no sense of pride the gentleman that answered the phone and the gentleman that cash me out was extremely short had a horrible attitude, not welcoming. You should not be in customer service if you hate your job that much to the point where I feel I need to Write a review to highlight this ignorant behavior hopefully management can see this and address this with the gentleman that was working at 7:20 PM, March 10.

The app takes forever to load. The employees are very rude and short with the customers. Food was ok but skimpy about 8-10 pepperonis on a pizza and wings were skimped on with sauce ask for extra sauce if you want all of your wings covered. Also I ordered 3 sauces .75 each and they left them out I called back cause I asked our driver where they were and they said in the bag which they weren’t. The woman in the background got really smart and acted like I was lying about the sauce. Just very unprofessional

So I ordered pizza last week. It’s not something I can afford to do often, but you know… when in Rogersville, do as the Rogersvillians do.
So I also got mid-heat boneless chicken wings, because I like chicken wings and hadn’t had any of those in a while either.
So it all got here very quickly which I was happy about. I dove into the wings first. I broke a sweat, I cursed, and it took half a gallon of water for me to get them down. I guess the older you get, the less tolerance you have for heat. Either way, it was friggin wonderful! 10/10.
Later on that night, I dove into the pizza. The ingredients were distributed perfectly. It was so good, in fact, I ate the crust. I NEVER eat the crust! Anyway, it was wonderful as well. 10/10. Keep up the good work, Pizza Hut!

Great place to do business always kind and courteous and service dog friendly unlike Little Caesars of Rogersville Tennessee. Anytime anyone asks me where to go for pizza in town I send them to Pizza Hut because they do not discriminate against individuals with a medically necessary need for a service dog like Little Caesars does and has a long history of as. I only spend my money where I’m going to be treated like a person!

I ordered online and i when picked it up it was half cold and looked like it had been sitting for hours. We got the stuff crust and it was a thin crust rolled over cheese. So much for one of my favorite pizzas. You disappointed me.
