The food is always PERFECT HERE, we usually go late in the evening and there is a very friendly woman who we keep encountering who is friendly, attentive and we always get our food quickly and fresh! Though one note, sometime the impossible burgers come out a bit burnt but still delicious! Shout out to the evening team! We appreciate you!

The staff is good and attentive. There’s a lot of kids of all ages. The staff manages the place great and it is a clean well kept place Great Play Area for toddlers and kids. Spacious.

Very bad customer service, front counter person seemed like seem like she had a bad day. I brought kids to play in the play place but couldn’t get all the way to the top because of a spill, they didn’t clean up even after it was brought to their attention. Food was warm and good reason I give it a 1 star. Do better Burger King

This location was updated for 2017 and it’s a huge one. The furnishings are well thought out and the uniforms for the workers (wearing ties now) is a plus. Nice lounging area with an LEDTV. No long wait time for food. They really leveled the entire curb for handicap access to the store. Also, this store is CLEAN!!! Great Job BK.

I have been to this burger king Many times. Not only does it take a very long time to get your order, but there is a ninety percent chance they get your order wrong. Even when I have them verify what my order is.It’s still wrong. There are a few people there that are not very friendly either.

The food hit the spot — hot, tasty, and just what you’d expect from the King himself . Only hiccup? One out of our four orders didn’t come out right. Not the end of the world, but c’mon BK, we were rooting for a perfect record! Still, we left full and happy. See ya next time!

This location always makes me pull around to wait. This time there was no one else in drive-thru at 8:47 am and 1 person in lobby. They claimed they wanted to make it fresh. So I pulled around and waited. After a few minutes I got out and walked in and my sandwich was just sitting under the lamp. The red/brown haired manager finally appeared and order the cashier to give me my sandwich because I’ve been waiting . SMH. I don’t understand why the delay in service? No one is even there? The sense of urgency is not there. Shake shack makes their food fresh and I never have to wait.

What can I say about Burger King? I ordered through the drive-in so I did not go in but it’s a fast food joint so I don’t think their ambience is very good. It’s usually very cold and that’s with any of them. The burger was great, but the french fries were semi warm. The Dr Pepper did not taste like Dr Pepper. And it’s lost it’s conceptive fast food inexpensive. It’s now way too much money.

This may go unnoticed by corporate, but I had to share every time we visit this location and Gale is here, she’s always warm, positive, and ready with a smile. Even today on Easter, she greeted us with that same cheerful energy. The food is always fresh, but today it was especially outstanding. Thank you, Gale, and your team for making us feel so welcomed!
