Pho Saigon 75, located at Twinbrooke Shopping Center in Fairfax, serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine, including its delicious, fresh pho, in a clean setting. During lunch, I was surprised to find the place empty. Service was efficient, and my food arrived quickly.
The winter roll with grilled pork was satisfying, and dipping it in the sweet, vinegary sauce enhanced its flavor. The Bun Bo Hue was flavorful, though slightly saltier, and I appreciated that it contained less MSG than at other pho restaurants I’ve visited. Overall, it was a tasty hot noodle soup, though I wish it had more noodles, as the portion for the price felt a bit small.

I visited Pho Saigon 75 for dinner and had a fantastic experienced, I loved it! I had the seafood pho, packed with fresh, delicious shrimp, scallops, squid, and imitation crab meat, all served in a flavorful broth. I also tried the Vietnamese iced coffee, which was strong, smooth, and perfectly sweet so refreshing. It’s a cozy spot with authentic flavors and friendly service, definitely worth a visit!

Very welcoming hostess/owner who brings her family recepies for all dishes served. Vegetable pho with beef broth was filled with lots of veggies and tofu. The winter roll was large and filled with vermicelli and tender flavorful pork. Chicken pho has thin plentiful slices of chicken in a lite broth. Light coconut drink was sweet and yummy. Wish I had room to eat more of the food offerings. Will definitely go back!

I had the Bun Bo Hue and some summer rolls. Service was fast and the food arrived quickly and steaming hot shortly after I placed my order. The Bun Bo Hue ($17) wasn’t bad but in hindsight I should have just ordered pho instead of wanting to try something different. Let’s just say I wasn’t a particularly big fan of the congealed blood cubes in the soup.

staff was super friendly and attentive. the oxtail pho was yummy! will probably only come back for the pho.
i do not recommend the vermicelli noodles (bun) w/ chicken, shrimp, egg roll. they forgot my egg roll, but i didn’t bother asking for it because the flavoring was very off anyway. the accompanying fish sauce is not good either.
we also tried the crab leg, but it wasn’t fresh. the butter garlic was good though.

This place is great. Ive had pho from probably 15 different places and this restaurant is top tier. Owner is present and friendly, ingredients are delicious and fresh, staff is attentive but not overbearing, atmosphere is relaxed and there’s always great music playing. There’s 2 pho places closer to me and I drive right past them to come here. My 7 year old says the broth is the best thing she’s ever tasted. Extensive menu by the way, lots of options. Give this restaurant a try, you won’t regret it.

Our new go to restaurant for Pho noodle soup. Atmosphere was very family oriented with high quality friendly service. Large servings that left us full, but not feeling not in a bad way that we have felt in similar places in the area. All the food tasted fresh and was delicious. The space was large and the staff will be the reason we keep coming back.

This was my first time at Pho Saigon 75, and the Seafood Pho was absolutely amazing. The broth was incredibly flavorful, and there was a generous amount of seafood in the bowl. The restaurant itself was spotless, which I really appreciated.
I believe this is a woman-owned business. The lady who prepared my pho was so kind and made sure I felt comfortable. The gentleman at the register was also very friendly and welcoming. The whole experience felt like having a cozy, home-cooked meal at my grandparents’ house.
I’m honestly surprised this restaurant doesn’t have more reviews. When I searched for pho spots near Fairfax, one of the top results was EastWind Vietnamese Restaurant and Noodle House. While they have more reviews, their pho was disappointing—the flavor just wasn’t there, the environment wasn’t very clean, and the food was overpriced (despite the nice location in Fairfax Old Town).
Don’t be fooled by high review counts, try Pho Saigon 75 and see the difference for yourself.
Great food, wonderful people, and a very clean space. I’ll definitely be back soon!

I had lunch at Pho Saigon 75, and the food was fantastic! The restaurant is new, clean, and has a comfortable atmosphere. The service was friendly and welcoming, which made for a great dining experience.
I started with the gỏi cuốn (spring rolls) as an appetizer, followed by the phở and mì xào giòn (crispy noodles). Every dish was delicious, flavorful, and fresh. I definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for good Vietnamese food in Fairfax!
