Ordered food a month ago and when I received the food only one item was correct, when I called I was given a coupon for one bacon cheeseburger, today I went back and got food again and the order was mostly correct but the bacon cheeseburger was only a plain burger and my blizzard was overfilled to the point it all spilt out when I opened it over my sink. 0/10 do not recommend

The 2 for $5 menu works. The chili dog and fries were hot and tasty. The inside smelled like sewer backup. It was clean, but overall it just smelled. Maybe you might want to use the drive-thru.

My husband and I ordered the large chocolate dipped strawberry blizzards. He had one and a half slices of strawberry and I had 2 slices of strawberries. Not 2 strawberries…2 slices in the entire large blizzard. I paid $5.99 each for less than one whole strawberry between the 2 large blizzards. So essentially i paid $11.98 for 2 large ice creams, with approximately 1 strawberry, and chocolate pieces. We were both very disappointed!

This place is a joke don’t even waste your money here people cold fries when you ask for fresh extremely long waiting line I usually come here a lot for my daughters not anymore I’ll go to Jacksonville or Rushville the workers are rude act like it’s a chore to wait on you don’t look at you when they hand you your food can’t tell you have a nice day or anything like that I had to tell the lady three times I have a salad it was almost an argument about the two drinks I asked for a drink carrier didn’t get it it’s ridiculous I can’t believe that these people even still have their jobs wow covid really set the standards real super low I guess Beardstown Dairy Queens a joke…… to the owner I go there alot for my daughters an I would think about coming again but the rudeness of some of your workers is enough to make me never ever want to come back….. and from the owners responses I don’t think he really even cares. Dang wish Glen would take it back he made his workers work the way you are supposed to work as treat people
