I absolutely love dominos. My husband also does too. However, were slightly annoyed with how they delivered our food. Other than that. The pizza always tastes fresh and good. We really like the cheesy pepperoni stuffed crust. The prices are worth what you get. We usually either do delivery or curbside pickup. I feel like Domino’s has changed significantly over the past 2 years, in a good way. We are overall mostly happy with this Domino’s and will continue to buy from here! The curbside people who drop off our orders are always extremely fast and kind. Even say “hope you enjoy” or “have a great day” we really like hearing new phrases besides “have a good one” or “see you next time.” They usually say different phrases so it’s nice!

You know, I don’t usually like leaving reviews but this is ridiculous. I saw an ad on YouTube for a free pizza if you order delivery. I went to the website to put in an order for delivery and it said that my address was not in the service area even though it’s two blocks over from the store. So I called the store and I spoke to a very nice girl who told me that the address is in fact in the delivery area, but that their website glitches a lot of the time. OK that’s nobody’s fault, except they can probably afford to get their website fixed but they don’t (because I’ve used it before and it always glitches). I asked the girl if there’s a way that they can put the coupon in for me over the phone, seeing as how the website won’t allow me to put in my delivery address so I can’t get the coupon on the website, and she said that they can’t do it on their end (seems weird to me). So I downloaded the Domino’s app and then it finally recognized my address as being in the service area, after multiple tries, and then the coupon was not there that I saw the advertisement for online. I mean, come on Domino’s get it together. Like, do you want people to order from you and do you want people to be able to get the coupons that advertisements are out for? Fix your website and fix the app. I’m very certain that you have your own team of IT or tech people, or you have a company that works for Domino’s. You could call somebody to fix the website and fix the app and to stop all the glitches from happening. It’s just pretty disappointing.
