This isn’t your ordinary pizza buffet. The crust tastes unlike any buffet pizza, you can tell this crust isn’t out of a freezer. The pizza had a perfect amount of sauce!
Their customer service is top notch!
To finish it off, we had a cinnamon pecan Stromboli. It’s was absolutely amazing!

I’m from out of town just out here in the area for a few days stopped by for a pizza. The restaurant looks newly renovated or whatever restroom clean. Made me a fresh fresh hot pepperoni/hamburger pizza made by buddy a buffet. Hot fresh good ahh pizza and cool atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

I placed my first order today to pickup up on my way home from Longview. I got there to pick up and was told they didn’t have my order that maybe i called the Longview restaurant. I pulled my phone out and called back the number i called. The young man answered. I told him a girl took my order. He said no one knew who took my order. He said i could place an order but it would be about 20 minutes. I didn’t want to wait that was the whole reason for calling in my order. I had heard good things about the pizza here, but needless to say i got pizza when i got back to Marshall. Not impressed with the service.

This is more than just a pizza place. I have always held this business to high standards, and somehow they continue to exceed them every time. Last month, I needed catering for my father’s memorial service. When the owner learned the reason, he personally met me that morning and returned the money I had already paid. I was hesitant to accept, but he assured me that his business exists to support the community in any way it can. I am forever grateful and deeply blessed by their kindness, generosity, and genuine commitment to serving the Hallsville community.

I visited Milano’s Pizza during an Orchids Of Hope meeting, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, making it an excellent place for meetings or group gatherings. They offer a wide variety on their pizza and salad buffet, with options for everyone. Overall, it’s a comfortable space with good food and a friendly environment.

Tonight, Friday, February 13, 2026 at 6:03 pm I went through the drive through, like always, to pick up an order that I made online.The app said pizza would be done by 6:04 by the latest. I waited until 6:12 and after blowing my horn twice about 3 minutes apart, and watching an employee walk past me, look at me, then disappear towards the front of the store area, I backed up, went in, and finally got my pizzas.
I get home and the pizza has zero sauce, the crust was gooey, like raw gooey and apparently the extra cheese ordered was forgotten. The little bit of cheese on the pie was all on one side, nothing on the other. Im sorry, but this sucks

Tonight was our first visit to Milanos in H’ville. Everything from the young man at the counter to the dining room itself was great. The place is clean, salad bar is fresh, and pizza buffet was hot and very good. The owner even visited with us and asked if we liked pecans…..then brought out a fresh cinnamon pecan calzone. It was FANTASTIC. We will be regulars…..all the way from Longview.
