Had a great time eating good pizza…not greasy, tasted great and loved the bread sticks. Order two large pizzas…one mushroom, one pepperoni. Also ordered bread sticks which were amazing. Both great pizzas. I’d definitely order from them again.

I’ve ordered so many times regularly from this location and this is the first time I placed a delivery order because I couldn’t walk or drive from a broken leg. My sister received the pizza like thirty minutes ago and when i finally opened it i could tell the pizza was looking off from their regular crust. The crust is a regular crust but the way they thinned the dough was wayyy too thin so the actual pizza was way too thin. Called the store asked for a replacement the GM Jun said it would take another hour and so I asked for a refund and I’ll deliver it myself and he hung up the phone on me. There’s no one more higher up than him…like I’ve never had any problems before and I really hope it’s just a one time thing or I might have to start ordering from another branch…

Beware insanely scummy business practices here. I walked in to order, only to see that the menu has no prices listed on it. When I asked the worker at the register if they had anything for me to see the prices before ordering, he just said “no”. Forget just restaurants, I have never seen another business in my life that expects you to purchase their products before letting you know how much it costs. Spend your money literally anywhere else. If coming in physically, there are several better restaurants (that actually tell you how much they will charge you before they do so) within a 1 minute walk, and if ordering delivery just call dominos or something.

Took out pre-ordered Garden Vegetarian pizza from Papa John in Honolulu towards the Waikiki end. Easy online order and pick up, extra large size is 16 inch, and good for 2-3 people depending on diet size. Good taste and was ready puck up on time.

Yesterday we went to another papa johns location in sand city, which impressed us with customer service that we came back to this place the next day.
Here they didn’t consider customers needs. Will sell you a 2 liter soada without cups. Charge you for a 2 topping but give you plain cheese pizza. No customer service or consideration.
