Our favorite McDonald’s! We’ve visited this location for years and have never had a bad experience. Whether dining in or drive thru, they strive to have your order to you quickly, accurately, and timely, and they always deliver. Service here is good and everyone is so friendly. Manager does a great job too. Would recommend!

So I’ll give you the bottom line. The service here is unfriendly.
This looks like a pretty new McDonald’s incredibly clean, well-kept and look beautiful. When you walk inside, you’re gonna see the exact same thing it’s just beautiful.
Now the tall guy that you’ll see behind the counter, who appears to be a manager, does not have any customer service communication skills . I noticed it when I ordered my food and checked out and I ate inside and watched for about 15 minutes.
Not once did this tall gentleman smile or say thank you to any of the customers . He was all business cold business. He seem thorough in making sure everybody had the right order.
Sadly, I feel this is a trend nowadays, and I find it unacceptable. So you won’t see me come here again.
The managerial positions need some training on friendliness because this guy doesn’t make you feel comfortable doesn’t make you feel welcome. I feel like I should just ordered my food at the kiosk and got out of the vending machine. That would’ve been the same level of customer experience I had here.
I give this review in the hopes that whoever owns the store will take the time textually address this

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The gentleman who took my order was very rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t let me get my sentences completed before he kept interrupting me. And that was just at ordering. I ordered a hot fudge sunday and the girl gave me a cup that had a squirt of ice cream and a little bit of fudge on it. Took it inside to the manager. Or the kid claiming to be the manager. And he proceeded to tell me that’s how the fudge sundays were supposed to be made. I asked him to remake it and he told me he would charge me if I got it remade. Even though they were wrong and my cup wasn’t even half full of ice cream. Then the kid who was taking my order was actually clocking out for the day and proceeded to tell me that if I didn’t like the ice cream , I should have went to an ice cream shop instead. Because that’s what normal people do. But I was just getting my kids and after school treat. Just the fact of the rude comments the unprofessional behavior. The food was cold when it came to me. When I had just ordered it. The bun was hard and the hamburger was burnt. After the problems with the ice cream I didn’t want to deal with the problems over my food. Save your money and go to another mcdonald’s.

Pleasant, very helpful staff and neighborly atmosphere. The regulars are well cared for. It seems as if this is a daily sanctuary location for the intimidating down and out at the end of the bus line lately in the winter.

This location is obviously chronically understaffed. I don’t blame the employees they do a good job It’s just they don’t have any time to get your order out the door so you end up waiting forever for even the smallest order.

First, the lady taking the orders at the drive through couldn’t understand or speak English. Second, the young man taking the money overcharged me. When i pointed out the error, he was rude and mouthed off at me. Then he slammed the window shut and I had to wait longer to ask for my receipt. Third, at the pickup window, the lady who couldn’t speak English handed me someone else’s food. Fourth, when I opened the bag to check my order, I found all the fries dumped out in the bottom of bag. A very poor experience. Everyone needs retraining!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Do not come to this location. Whoever was taking my order was so rude I order the grinch meal for the pickle fries and when I got home there was no seasoning or the fries which was the only reason I bought it. It was 12 dollars. When we are paying YOU for a MEAL that doesn’t take an arm and a leg to GET RIGHT IT SHOULD BE CORRECT. I’m so over giving my HARD earned money to places who don’t care about their costumers. IM PAYING YOU SO DO YOUR JOB RIGHT.

I didn’t go in so I couldn’t judge the atmosphere but there’s 2 problems with this McDonald’s. They don’t have signs when you’re coming in from the south, so the Tim Hortons and the McDonald’s drivethrus look the same. The other thing is they always put the napkins on the hashbrowns or fries, which make them so greasy they’re unusable.

Went to this McDonald’s tonight at 10:15p and ordered food for my family which included a Big Mac combo (among other things). Got home and found that my Big Mac had NO MEAT at all!!! Went back to complain of course at 10:51p and store was pitch black with no cars on lot… Yet they close at 11p!?!? We always have issues with this McDonald’s but this takes the cake. This is the WORST McDonald’s! Don’t waste your money here!
