I was very disappointed in the service received today and . I ordered 2 bowls online. One was a regular and the other was large. My regular bowl was only half full and the amount of greens in it was below minimal. They also forgot to put in spicy tuna. When I called to try getting a discount, the manager said all he could do is put my name on a sticky note so that staff can give me a discount on a future order. I requested to get a promo code instead because i order online, but he said they don’t give promo codes. Unacceptable! I regret giving a tip and I wish there was an option to recall it. Pricing was not worth the portion or service I received at this establishment and I don’t plan to visit again anytime soon.

Very clean establishment with clean restrooms. Ordered small and large poki bowl. The salmon and tuna is fresh, as well as the other ingredients. We enjoy ordering original poki sauce into our bowls and add spicy mayo. Highly recommend the food and great service!

I literally broke my tooth and have proof of this. There was many rock hard garlic pieces. I spoke to the manager about it and just wanted to refund me for one of the Pokes. I know I will have to pay much more than that at the Dentist so I decided they can keep their $15.
