The app is a joke. They offer a free side but can’t redeem it. When I brought it up to the cashier, she gave me the same response about not knowing what to do. She offered a $3 discount but then said she can’t discount my order because there was a discount already applied, the discount that supposedly didn’t work. I’d stay away from here. They’re incompetent when it comes to honoring their discounts

Don’t place a phone or online order ahead of time unless you like to still wait 20mins once you get there. I don’t know why these people refuse to make your order until you arrive. But this is the 3rd time. Last time the lady said it was because I didn’t confirm the order when she called, so this time I made sure to answer, she told me 15mins, I purposely waited 30mins to make sure it would be ready but once I arrived he said “they’re putting it in now”. All I ordered was a mini pepperoni pizza, the smallest pizza they have and they’re scared to make it ahead of time EVEN AFTER CALLING ME TO CONFIRM! I was so irritated I just got my money back and left. They definitely lost a customer. Like you don’t know how much time someone has to spare. I could be on my way to work or on a short break and they have zero respect for their customers time.

Today I came in for the lunch special. There wasn’t many pizza choices but they take recommendations. The salad bar was full of fresh items. The restaurant was very clean and the young lady at the counter was very nice.

Ordered online a small GF pizza and six wings(42.00) on Tuesday At 6:40 didn’t get it till 8:20pm…called me @ 7:20 tell me the pizza would be there at 7:40 called them @ 8pm they tell me 5 minutes away. I called back at 8:17 to cancel the order. She told me he was 2 minutes away and that I could have a discount the next time well there won’t be next time.i look(5mins later)out the window and he was in my driveway. Reluctantly took the pizza.
