So I order smoothies for delivery they show up and are watered down and horrible. And this isn’t the first time this has happened. So I called DoorDash and they tell me they spoke to tropical smoothie and I will get a refund in 48 hours. Past that and still no refund, the thing that pisses me off is I like tropical smoothie but they can’t produce a consistent product. So I just don’t wanna keep ordering and playing a game of is going to be good or not.

I ordered a smoothie, chicken pesto flatbread, and acai bowl. The flatbread was horrible. It was cold, chicken was cold, and the cheese wasn’t even melted at all! The açaí bowl is completely frozen solid. I couldn’t even get a spoon in it to eat it. $25 for nasty food I can’t even eat is ridiculous. Very disappointed.

I usually get tropical smoothie here once a week or so, and they usually are okay. Sometimes my food is soggy but it’s still good. But today I found a long blonde piece of hair in my food and I’m quite disgusted.

Excellent service… Explained what smoothie is the healthiest and why it’s the healthiest. Ordered the Detox Green that is only 180 calories with no added sugar. Taste amazing and the price is well worth it. Will definitely come back very soon!

Tried to get the same exact smoothie I have been getting for 5yrs, it was not right, took it back, the girl made it again, again it was not right, I left both yucky smoothies there. The attitude from the kids working was trash both times. Went to the lake Orion location right after I left my two grossly wrong ones at Oxford and ordered the same thing, boom they got it right.

I will never order the hummus veggie wrap from this location again, I was so disappointed, which is sad because it’s my favorite. The second I got it out of the bag I could tell it was going to be a mess. Hummus, avocado was already going through the paper, it was such a sopping wet mess. I picked this location as it had a drive thru, I didn’t feel like going inside and wanted to eat in the car, which was almost impossible to do with this sandwich, I couldn’t even finish it all, every bite just more things would just fall out. I was covered in ranch, avocado and hummus by time I was done. I understand this is a messy wrap regardless, but I don’t think it needed to be this ridiculously messy. I don’t normally complain about too much ingredients stuffed in a sandwich, but I think that combined with too much ranch made this product almost unbearable.

Everytime I come here I go inside to order or pick up my food and Everytime I do NOT get acknowledged once. The employees don’t say hello or even look at me. Mind you the lobby is always empty cuz I come during a slow time. The very least you can do is say hello to a customer when they walk in, goes a long way. Recent visit I ordered 2 Cali flatbreads off the app and went inside to pick it up and noticed only one. Waited an extra 5 min in case they were still making the 2nd but realized they weren’t. Told one of the employees I needed another which they made and gave to me. What confuses me is why was the 2nd flatbread they handed me cold and had very little protein in it and the first one was actually made correctly and hot?
UPDATE: After not going to this location for months I decided to give it another try. I order 2 Cali breakfast sandwiches. I get home to eat them with my girlfriend and I. We both noticed the avocado chunks they put in both sandwiches were absolutely ROCK hard and BLACK. How does that even happen? It tasted absolutely disgusting to the point where we couldn’t just pick it all out. It absolutely spoiled both sandwiches and we threw both of them out. Almost $18 down the drain. Pro tip, Maybe look at the quality of the ingredients you’re putting in our food? Will never be back.

It’s a decent place. Smoothies aren’t always the most flavorful in my opinion. Food is decent like the wraps.
