Do yourself a favor go to Sonic around the corner. Online order is never right. Walked in to the two guys complaining about lack of online order tips, floor just mopped with no clear visible wet floor sign, and just overall unfriendly atmosphere.
Get home to 4 very wrong sandwiches. $40 bucks down the drain with the food allergies we have. Called for 30 min straight with no answer from the store. Im sure I will hear a good “phone lines werent working excuse tomorrow when the dayshift gets in. Maybe if I had slipped on the wet floor someone would answer the phone.
This Subway charges way to much now a days to not get simple orders right. Wish I could leave 0 stars. We will not be back.

Absolutely awful . My daughter bought lunch for her Dad and I (Mom), and was so excited to be able to financially afford her parents a healthy, fast food meal. When her Dad drove to get our meals, the employees were not friendly, did not greet him upon walking in to the establishment, and when Dad asked the workers about an order for our daughter, they did not say a word to him but just reached out their hand and held out our order. Dad asks the workers if there were drinks, they shrugged their shoulders and then replied “No”…which was incorrect. When Dad arrived home with food, it was just a soggy, awful mess! AND, they DID forget our chips/drinks. We called back to speak to the manager, and we were told she was gone. We were asked what was wrong with our food, and when I told her what was forgotten from our order, she rudely interrupted me, told me “Since there ain’t nothing wrong wit your food, we can’t refund THAT.” At that time I only asked for my forgotten items; but when she rudely told me we have to come back for forgotten items and would not even allow me to speak about the sandwiches being inedible, I told her to JUST forget it. ALL of THAT rude attitude made the 2 bites out of my sandwich even more horrible than it originally tasted! I want my daughter’s money back to her… THIS was a terrible experience! I didn’t even dare take pics of what the other 2 sandwiches looked like, worse than mine (pictured below) We ordered “less” on “wet” condiments for a reason… instead, we got MORE!!!!!

Funny how towards the end of the night all of a sudden a sign gets posted on the door saying “credit card machine down cash only”. And it’s only once they’ve reached a cpl hours til close. This is the 3rd straight time between 7-8pm, always the same person too. Any other time it’s fine. Not cool at all, last time I go to this location.

I went there to order a chicken teriyaki sandwich and realize the staff did not leave it in the toaster long enough to melt my sandwich so I went back for a refund . When I arrived on the spot I told one of the staff I wanted a refund he sarcasticly replied a refund for what .Then the staff member that made the sandwich replied I made the sandwich in front of you . Finally the manager came up front and ask if she could have the change back cause she couldn’t count change back . I HAVE NEVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE WITNESS SUCH RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO CALL ME CRAZY FOR ASKING FOR A REFUND NEVER WILL VISIT ANOTHER SUBWAY ON MY LIFE . No matter how many times we’ve been there and ordered online the sandwiches never et done right after the 3 time messing up our online order, and our meal time, the manager refused to do a refund and a remake. Like our time and diner were not worth. Subway gas gotten too expensive to be treated like this. Will not be back
