Vivian the manager has the most rude attitude ever. It’s very easy to at least have decent customer service. Went the other day just to get food on my break since I haven’t ate all day, then they wrapped my burrito in the most sloppiest way, everything was falling out when I tried to eat it. Very disappointing, not worth my money!

Upon walking in there were not any employees ready to serve us. No one greeted us nor even acknowledged us to the slightest. There were 2 employees who looked right at us and said absolutely nothing to us as we waited for about 10 minutes before finally getting served. Terrible customer service skills. Do better Chipotle. If your employees are unhappy to work there you should fire them and hire people who will gladly do their damn Job.

Portion size was so small, It seemed every lettuce leaf was counted for and couldn’t give up anymore. Selected steak and was cooked at medium, steak was still red. Was able to get it reordered but felt like it was pulling teeth with staff. So ride and made me feel like I was the problem for wanting a new bowl with well done cooked meat.

This location used to have fresh ingredients and pretty good quality. Used to is the key phrase here. As of late, the quality has declined and the food doesn’t taste as good. The new red chimichurri is tasty but the corn salsa which was one of my favorite add ons hasn’t been fresh in a while.

Went on 02/16/26 with my brother. We both got bowls. I got bad food poisoning became nauseous, threw up all night, gave me digestive issues, could not sleep. My brother also threw up this morning.Not cool update: my brother is also throwing up more. Had to cut school short. I have to miss work. This is disappointing! Chipotle you need to practice better for handling and/or cooking! You could be facing lawsuits. Update AGAIN. I went back & forth emailing them. They stated they would at least give me 4 free entrees instead of refund. And when I asked how to proceed with these, ofc they just ghosted me. These companies don’t care about you!! They just pretend to care about the situation and then ignore you. BS company!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had from this Chipotle in particular. The door dash labels on everybody’s labels were wrong, our bowls were incorrect. Not to mention that the stickers had someone else’s name on them, and the chips were atrocious! Would not order from here again

I ordered to go and the girl that was at the window possibly had the worst customer service I ever experienced at Chipotle. Is like she was mad at life and it was my fault somehow. All you need to do is have a fake smile and say “you are welcome!” Or “have a good night as well”

Extremely poor service. I did an Uber eats order and arrived as told in app. I arrived and man came to the window. I told him my name and he shook his head as though he was working on the order. I sat in the order pickup window over 20 minutes. Another guy came and he could not locate the order. Then finally a guy, named Dave, who claims to be a manager gets the order after I explained and I then pointed out the order sitting in the window look likes mine. He confirmed it was and I let him know that order was sitting there the entire time upon my arrival 15 to 20 minutes ago. I will never go back to this store because of the lazy careless employees. I ultimately canceled order.

My food was very mushy and the meat was very chewy. It was not fully cooked and it also was still pink. As soon as I took a bite, I got very disgusted And spit the food out I’m a big chipotle fan and I’m very disappointed with the outcome of this food from this location! This is definitely a health hazard if the meat is not cooked properly with me having experienced in a restaurant business I’m very disappointed

Mostly everyone is great to deal with. Tonight the first gentleman that helped us was so nice and the cashier was amazing at customer service but whoever the girl is, is extremely unpleasant and makes ordering uncomfortable due to her lack of joy. She slams everything and stares at you like you are a inconvenience in her day and its not the first time dealing with her but everyone else is sweet and actually know what customer service is.
