This location is great but every single time I come in here they are out of literally everything. The shift lead or manager isn’t really much of a help to their staff you can tell (the one with all the pins on her hat) One older lady working cashier was very nice and holding it all together. This location could be way more busy if they actually had everything prepared. The entire restaurant was waiting for their order because nothing was prepared.

Thank you for the great experience. the food was good, and the service was excellent! took me some time to find this location. once I found the location and picked up my order. I got back to the office and noticed a message on top of the tray have a nice day. That did make my day. I don’t see this much anymore, and this caught me off guard. Hey everyone, please avoid the Panda Express at Park Meadows Mall. They have overcharged me multiple times — sometimes double or even triple for the same items. This is the third time it has happened.

So, guys. I don’t recommend you guys to come here and order some “Asian food.” Here are the reasons:
The rice here is terrible. During the time when I eat the fried rice, I have no idea what I am eating. The rice tastes like garbage. No taste, not soft, very cheap.
Based on my years of experience with the side that made by “Panda Express” the chow main should taste bad either, hard noodles with a lot of oil in it.

The second reason is because for this specific Panda Express, they have done some tricks about the box itself. Normally, the box should occupy more food inside, but for this one, the capacity of the box is smaller than the normal boxes, which means they charge us the same price, which looks decent but they give us less food apparently. This is very tricky, check out my pictures how they did for the box. They higher the bottom of the box and besides that, they try to use any details to make the space inside the box as much as possible so that they can save the cost. Check how think the form it is for making this box.
This is very bad, the worst things as any restaurant. You guys suck.

One last thing, they don’t have any discount for mall workers. Compared to other pretty decent Asian restaurants in the food courts, which I pay 6 dollars( after mall worker discount) for a very huge meal box, I suggest you guys just try “Shanghai” or “ Cajun” in the same food court.

I came back for few meals and the meals are better than before. The service is nicer and better!
I got a meal today and they gave me a lot more than what I expected. I mean the quantity of the food. I finished my meal and I came back to ask for more water. The lady shows me the red pocket and she was very happy telling me that on Chinese New Year, they will give all the customers 1 dollar red pocket away. I said I was flying back to China on the 12th, do you want to give one for me? She didn’t hesitate at all and gave me the red pocket in her hands. So surprising!
After the last comment, I felt like the food is getting better! But they still use the same packaging for to go boxes.

I do food deliveries i went to pick up an order for customer and was told someone picked up the order I asked if order could be remade was told no by manager and employee. I called my customer to let her know and she wanted a complaint filed so I did on her behalf. If I could rate a zero I would. Also this was at the park meadows mall

This is the best Panda Express in all of Colorado. Always clean with food always fresh or they will make you happy. The manager helps every where and takes care of her employees as much as she takes care of the customers. I have been to many Panda Express with horrible experiences and this is overall the best one.
