Was served by a Yasmin twice in the Excalibur Hotel. Have to say, she loves her job! Absolute disgrace to your company. My hubby asked to taste some chicken and not joking, you would think it was coming out of her wages.
She threw the container of food at us at the till at 3.30pm on 5th Feb 2026. She should not be the face of the company, not even a smile, her face would crack if she tried. Never be back at this place. She needs to go!

I am writing to share my extreme disappointment with a recent order placed from Pick Up Stix through DoorDash. On August 29, 2025, my friend and I spent $109.62 on two family platters and an additional meal at once my friend has ordered with your company several times I wanted to try it. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, every single container was less than half full. The order came from the Excalibur location oddly since we live on the north end of the Las Vegas strip & anytime my friend orders from your company. It always comes from the Circus Circus location..
My friend submitted photos through the DoorDash app, but our claim was denied & unfortunately since he took the pictures through the app, he does not have the pictures in his physical phone. I personally still have photos of my own containers, which clearly show the inadequate portions. To make matters worse, I was so upset by the state of the food that I could not even eat what I received.
Of course there is some type of sauce or food on the lid on a few of them & I hardly complain but pure disappointment!
What makes this especially disappointing is that this was my first time trying Pick Up Stix! I had been looking forward to experiencing your food, but instead I received a meal that was both incomplete and unacceptable for the price. Spending over $100 only to receive half-filled containers is unacceptable, and the lack of resolution through DoorDash has left me with no recourse but to reach out directly.
I am therefore requesting to be reached out to since you’re 800 number doesn’t work Since the voicemail box is full!
I would appreciate:
A full refund for this order, or
A replacement order of equal value, properly prepared and portioned.

It’s a food court. The beef and broccoli was passable. The noodles were a little over cooked. The creme cheese doodads were okay. Remember it’s a food court. The fella in back was cooking it up. I needed some veggies at a decent price.

No line, so quick in and out. Food was average, crab Rangoon was just cream cheese, rice was bland, but the chicken was tasty. No complaints. General food court food as expected, and met expectations.

2-item combo. Green beans soggy, luke-warm, and past their throw-out time. Honey bourbon chicken isn’t hot either and is salty. Noodles warm, not hot and lack any flavor. Tables in shared food court are not clean and its not busy. Staff at the counter are ok, they do a good job, unless these things are on their shoulders. This is not a do-ever, now or ever. Do not go.

Service was quick as there wasn’t a line when I went around 2pm. Had the two dishes option with Asian noodles. Pro- the orange chicken was quite tasty. Con- noodles a little too greasy and had 2/3 pieces of beef only for the beef and broccoli dish. Overall not a bad experience first time eating Asian fast food in America and would possibly visit again and perhaps try some other dishes or have orange chicken again ☺️

We had noodles, soy green beans and spring rolls. It was very good. Our order was quickly taken and staff friendly. They were out of honey shrimp which was disappointing. This is found inside Excalibur and there is plenty of seating in the food court.

Line was long in the food court. Employee was serving by herself not in no hurry and took her time. Then when her coworker came up to the counter she stopped serving food and had the audacity to talk to her coworker like customers weren’t standing in line. The food was good but her attitude and the atmosphere was horrible.

My food was good but it wasn’t delicious… The Chinese was starchy or really sticky. I really enjoyed my egg rolls. The lady waiting on us put me in my place. I was ordering my food and as I went to order some appetizers, she told me she will get them at the end.
