I enjoy this Subway – the employees are all very courteous and always provide good service.
So far I have always been very pleased with the quality and quantity of food for the price.
I’ve never used it but this subway has a drive through and it’s never seemed to delay my sandwiches from being built while I stand there. They “squeeze” the drive up requests in between walk in customers so efficiently rarely do I even notice they aren’t working on my sandwich… (because it’s in the toaster).

This staff needs to be replaced. I was in line today in subway, and the girl in the front of the line ordering asked the serving lady to add onions onto the sandwich midway through the making of the food. I thought she asked in a polite way, and the serving lady became enraged. She became red with an angry face, she turned to the next person in line and said “Sorry this is taking up all your time” in a very snarky tone, implying that the girl ordering was going slow. I didn’t think adding onions on was so outrageous. The hostility she had toward those customers was just crazy, and they seems perfectly polite when ordering. I think someone should be able to ask for some onions as they are still making the food. The sandwich hadn’t even been folded yet. It got really awkward.

It’s mostly empty, but sometimes other patrons are there. The sandwiches are pretty great, especially the Great Garlic, which is by far my favorite. Sometimes, the sandwiches can be soggy, but the taste is so great that I don’t really mind the texture. I actually kind of like it.
Very messy, sometimes, but that’s because of all the toppings I usually put on there. The sandwich artists are great, I even went to school with one of them, and she’s a great person. Amazing service, almost always smiling. If you want something that feels fresher than McDonald’s or Taco John’s, there’s always this Subway.

Stopping through Odessa. Will never stop here again. The staff was rude and didn’t make the sandwich how I asked them, repeatedly. The woman who made my sandwich kept talking low and rolling her eyes at me and my mother. I work in the customer service industry and this staff at subway needs to be re-trained!

Might stop in for a sandwich choice, never stayed to eat, so don’t really have an opinion. The last day I was here they had a very efficient assembly line going on to get all food choices done in quick precision. It was amazing to watch.
