Russo’s Pizza is a family owned and family operated business. We have been in the Pizza business since 1976. The quality of our pizzas has not been compromised over the years. We still make our own dough and pizza sauce. We have actually improved our pizza over the years by continually upgrading to better, and yes; more expensive toppings. We also offer other menu items which traditionally compliment pizzas. Yes, I still work 7 days per week, and you will more than likely find me there during our peek hours.

Of course, it can be difficult to screw up a pizza, but theirs was definitely exceptionally good. Quite a unique, although nice flavor on the sauce that they use.
The wings were cooked just right, and the sauce was a nice thicker/buttery style of buffalo sauce. Wish they had buffalo HOT, but buffalo mild is fine.
Best of all, it’s the best price I’ve had so far on an XL pizza with wings (20), which cost less than $30 with a coupon (most places will easily run WELL ABOVE $30 for that, even with a coupon)
Can’t find much to criticize, well done!

Small family owned pizza shop. The pies were delicious, the wings were decent, but nothing to write home about (don’t waste your time on the extra hot, it’s boss sauce with red pepper added, and frankly not that spicy at all). No delivery so pickup only but the coupons are the best I’ve seen.

Frank and Nancy (owners)are wonderful warm people! We are extremely grateful for your generosity and kindness! They were more then happy to make with love our favorite pizza special for my grandmother during non business hours for her 100th Birthday! they also attached a 100th Birthday card that was so thoughtful! Russo’s is the only pizza she will eat! Along with rest of our family! The pizza is amazing! Wonderful sauce, just like the taste we grew up to! As soon as we brought the pizzas to her party, they were gone in less then 10 minutes! Everybody loved and especially gram! I have a small guitar shop and music center hidden in the back of the plaza..so I had to give them a shot. Very convenient for me to pick it up on the way home, or walk over when I’m holding classes, I like to feed my clients. Frankly, I really enjoy their pizza along with anything else I have ordered on the menu. (I have tried just about everything at this point) They call them tenders on the menu, but I call them little pieces of chicken heaven…no pizza shop in town can come close to these. I highly recommend giving this place a shot. Thank you guys for always being there to feed myself, my friends and family for an adorable price and a quality product.

I placed an online order for pick up. I ordered a combo that included 10 wings, and I ordered an additional 10 wings. Each of the 10 wings were ordered with different sauces, and I ordered celery with one of them. When I picked it up I thought it was odd that I was given one container of wings even though I ordered 2 different sauces. I asked the girl, and she said it was correct. Another kid also said it was correct. Ok, fine… I assume it’s correct and I leave. I get home and just as I suspected they mixed the 2 different types of wings. Like – they literally mixed them up in the container. Not only that my celery was missing, and I only had 15 wings – not the 20
I ordered and paid for. The pizza and wings this time were sub par. Mediocre at best. The pizza was not hot. I assume it had been sitting even though I picked it up at the designated time. I will be ordering elsewhere next time.

C’mon people, this place deserves more than a 4.1 star average. We’ve had Russo’s pizza several times and it’s better than a lot of the pizza in Rochester. Great pizza, great service, fair prices.
UPDATED 04/26/22: I understand that anyone can get a bad meal, bad service, or both. It happens to just about everyone, and I get more than my share of that, so I can definitely relate to all of that. All I can report on now is my latest experience here at Russo’s. I ordered a pizza for pick-up this past Saturday evening (5:00). I ordered a large two-topping pizza, well-done, and that’s exactly what I got for $19 and some change. The friendly girl on the phone told me it would be 30 minutes for the pick-up when I placed the order, and it was ready when I got there in under 30 minutes. The pizza was absolutely delicious. It’s making me hungry now just thinking about it. Russo’s is our go-to place for pizza, even though it’s a 20 minute drive from home. Seriously good pizza for a fair price.
