Ordered 2 pizzas on line. Message said 9 to 19 minutes. We show up at the window and waited about 10 minutes before someone came to the window even though 2 employees saw us there. They took our payment and said it would be about 10 minutes before our order would be ready. My wife goes in after 10 minutes and was told our order has not even been put in the oven. My wife asked why did the person at the window tell us it would be ready. That’s when they started being very rude to her. Manager told her she could wait or leave that they didn’t need our business. I came in and told her we would just wait she said no. Refunded us and told us they have 70 orders and definitely didn’t need our business. My wife told them they were rude and we left never to return at this location. We have ordered for 20 years from other locations and never had any issues with the staff. Management in Petal is pathetic to say the least. Hint to management when you are very busy that’s a great thing. Be honest with your customers and tell them you are sorry for their wait but you appreciate their business and they will get their order as soon as possible. Never tell anyone you don’t need their business and no need to be rude to your customers when you were in the wrong. To the owner I don’t want a free pizza but you may want to do some customer training. It will be the two with rainbow hair that was working 2/27/26

After being a customer using there delivery service for over a year at my current address I’ve been denied service by the manager and the gm I’ve been ordering for years the domino employee even verified I’ve been ordering delivers since I’ve lived here I was treated badly instruction wasn’t followed the delivery driver which is the manager drove away while I’m looking at her and refuse to call to success deliver pizza then when I get a chance to contact the gm she treated me even poorly even with the proof of delivers for a whole year been made dominos need to reevaluate who they choose to run there business I will not spend another penny with petal I honestly felt racism vibes from manager and gm like I’m the bad person like I’m not the one paying for the pizza never been handle in such manner even the employee didn’t understand why this was happening I need answers pizza hit delivered no problem and both pizza places are beside each other that’s crazy

Horrible experience. Took over an hour for 2 pizzas to be ready. Once the order was ready for pick up, I went through the drive through. A guy came to the window and asked for my name and walked off. He never returned. He left the building and got in his delivery car and drove away. I sat at the window for another 15-20 mins unable to get someone to the window. They wouldn’t answer the phone. Once someone did finally come to the window, she informed me my order was given out to someone else. She was apparently a manager but wasn’t much help in the situation. They remade my pizzas but I had to wait for them and was not offered anything for the inconvenience. Just disappointed on how the situation was handled.

The service and food were terrible. Had to wait for move an hour for my pizzas. At first was only given half of my order. Got home and the pizzas were burnt. Spent $60 on burnt pizza that took over an hour to get. Won’t be going to the petal dominoes anymore.

Ordered a large pizza that was supposed to be half and half. I had meat on one side and spicy peppers and olives on the other side. When I got my pizza it was all mixed up and pieces of each side were stuck together and soggy. I only got one piece of my side because you couldn’t really tell which side was which. I called and they said that they would give me store credit didn’t get my any of my information or anything. petal dominos has always been so good. And the delivery driver knew who I was and when she gave me the pizza said something under her breathe so idk if they messed up or if she did it, but I’m just super disappointed.

Terrible people to do business with. They don’t update the app correctly and expect you to be ok with waiting 2 hours on food, when the app says 20 minutes. I wouldn’t waste any time ordering from these people if you’re hungry.

I had the worst customer experience while picking up my pizza tonight. I was about to pay, and I asked the man at the window if I could get a garlic butter he then Proceeds to get mad at me. He says that he has to cancel the whole transaction and I tried to explain to him that I was going to pay with the change that I had for the garlic butter. He then gets even more angry and says they aren’t taking any change and perceives to tell me that I should remember to ask for the garlic butter before I try to pay and I should learn for next time in a very rude and nasty tone. I’ve never had any issues at Domino’s before, but this one employee just had a nasty attitude the whole time so for that employee do better.
