For your reading pleasure, you can buy a copy of the CEO’s book highlighting his business acumen. Seasonal fare in the offerings, including pumpkin spice or peppermint infused drinks. Okay so i used to work at a biggby in highschool, so i know very well this goes to the pump. I figured it was just ice while i was drinking my coffee. But then it was warm and i could tell something was in it. I understood that new people have to be trained but I’ve been waiting 15+ minutes for 2 drinks. There are 4 people in front of me waiting. There has got to be a better process. Please work with your staff on how to speed up while training. Maybe get caught up and then take your time explaining every detail to the new employee.

They clearly can’t make a drink right. I asked for a 20oz frozen no whip coffee and he proceeded to make a 16oz and he’s coworker had to tell him it was a 20oz even tho he was the one that took my order. He then made it too frozen I guess so he added way too much flavoring and then proceeded to put whip on it and now my coffee taste like straight creamer. Never coming back here
