Gotta love this place. Everyone is so nice (Hamdy, Waleed, and the entire team) and the food is always good and super fresh. I love their pizza – it’s really interesting and full of good quality cheese – and love their chicken salad. Flavored and fresh. I’m here often and always have a good time.

Ordered a pizza and a calzone; both were made wrong as always. The calzone was stuffed with cheesesteak filling – seriously , burnt, and tasted awful. The pizza was paper-thin, burnt, and completely tasteless. It felt like corners were being cut—possibly skimping on dough or flour—to save money. Overall, poor quality and not worth it.
Owner’s attitude is consistently pathetic and dismissive, which only makes the poor food quality worse.

EDIT: the owner replies 10 MONTHS LATER and expects me to call you? How do you know what staff did 10 months ago? I called back that night and was told what I said below. When the people who cooked the food take no accountability for the food safety issue brought to their attention that night, and the the owner replied to the review 10 months later, and you want me to call you to make it right? Way too little to late. And how dare you imply that I didn’t communicate properly. You didn’t reply to this review for 10 months! Really? I wish I could give negative stars for incompetence which obviously trickled down.

I’m completely disgusted. This is our first time ever ordering and we will not again because of food safety issues and poor customer service. Apparently if you cook a Stromboli in a 400 degree oven, there is “no way the inside could be raw”. As you can see in the images, my veggie Stromboli (no cheese because I’m allergic) is completely raw inside. I also received an overly spicy sauce when I requested marinara to dip in. The fact that the man who answered phone was adamant that the dough could not be raw because of the oven temperature is rude and inconsiderate. Why would I not want to eat my dinner? I should have checked the reviews before trying a new place. Lesson learned!

Came around 7:20pm. It wasn’t busy at all. Pizza was hot and fresh. I got half pepperoni and half cheese. First time eating here! Yassin was friendly and quick. Pizza is very delicious ! 10/10

Instead, forgive them and make du’a for them and have mercy on them. Made a small order mistake, called in to fix it right after placing. Got yelled at for making a mistake.
No one is going to feel comfortable eating from a place that yells at them like they’re a child when they make a small order mistake. It’s inappropriate, unprofessional and inhumane.
Edit: Yes this was the Franklin park location. I was shocked and loss my appetite from the treatment.

I came in to pick up my order, and no one greeted me when I arrived. I stood there for about five minutes while two employees were on their phones, likely on social media. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect — and to make matters worse, the wings were extremely dry and not worth it at all. Very disappointing experience.
