Toppings were a little sparse and uneven, but still tasty. I think they were very rushed and busy since it was 2 for Tuesday. That’s our favorite day to visit though because we get to try different things. Don’t miss the Pepperoni Bites for sure. They ate truly the bomb!

Ordered Gino’s original breaded wings and received these naked, flavorless, fatty wings. The pubwich was so haphazardly thrown together they put the cheese side out. Paid almost $40 for this low quality. Never again.

Order 2x pepperoni bites. Put on instructions we’ll done. They was not well done. I live 45 minutes away. Daughter picked up my order. So I called Gino’s Pizza Barboursville l9cation spoke to a boy named Tyler. He said I could bring them back. Yeah 45 minutes drive. Then said can’t help me. So I will never order from this location again. I usually order from the Wayne location never in all my years had any problems with them reading instructions.

Was just trying to place an order for delivery and it took two people on the first call before I was hung up on called back supposedly the manager answered and the tone that she had was like I was inconvenience to them when I asked to speak to a manager her time got even worse And told me that was because I was getting frustrated. Of course I was frustrated. I had been hung up on and talked Down to, and with their disrespectful tones. Then, when I asked for the corporate number, she gave it to me with a snarky tone and told me I’ll let them know you are calling. I have both calls recorded so there can’t be any dispute in the tone I was being talked to with. This was at the Barboursville West Virginia location on route 60

Absolutely most rude lady running the window it was my first time ever getting Gino’s and I was told that I was at the wrong place and she was mad because I used online ordering? I promise none of my family or myself will EVER order from Gino’s again if I could give zero stars overall I would the shame is the pizza was good, cold but good it’s just a shame that the customer service was absolutely appalling because I would have loved to try it warm sometime! I then called back to talk to a manager and was told they would not be there for a week? Do not order from here unless you feel the need to be completely disrespected and served cold pizza!

I showed up around 9:40 to order a pizza, but the door was already locked. Someone yelled from the drive-thru that they were closed, even though posted closing time was 10pm. Pretty disappointing.

This place has went way downhill since Kenny passed away, so after calling & calling with no one answering I stopped there at 9:20 to place an order and they wouldn’t take my order! This is ridiculous when the store is open until 10 P.M. whoever owns it now needs to get better help in there because obviously the workers there now don’t want to work. They’ve definitely lost my business after 40 plus years, I’ll never go back to this on in Bville!

We’ve ordered from here twice.
The first time it was excellent, the second time it was awful.
The sub was okay, but the pizza was horrible.
It’s cheese and toppings had slid to one side and the crust was supposed to be a regular crust, but it was super thin, undercooked, and wet. You couldn’t pick up a slice, and out of the three pieces I served, none got finished and we threw away over half the pizza.
The only sauce I could see was grease.
I took pictures but I can’t find the option to post them.
