Ordered a 3 piece crispy 2 breast and leg and took a bite of the chicken and it is full of grease and not crispy. It’s so nasty I won’t even feed it to my dogs. The box tore from the grease and in the box you can see the grease. I think the health department needs to be called. No wonder they never have anyone in line when I drive by. They are putting shame to Kentucky Fried Chicken when it was my favorite chicken. Then the lady manager muted me to talk to another manager without saying can you hold for a minute. I thought I was hung up on and then a male manager answered when I called back. It was about 13.00. So nasty. Trying to upload the pictures and it won’t let me so I will put the pictures on Imlay city sites. The roll was all soggy from the grease. Just nasty. I was able to add the pictures. They make me want to puke.

This KFC is very clean and the staff are extremely nice and very attentive. They seem like they are short staffed, so many people need to be patient with them.

02/17 around 845 pm I picked up online order got home and my 7 year old daughter wanted me to say complaints to the chef. The entire staff was on point for my experience tonight. I h ope the owner sees this and atleast give that crew a nod at the very least. Also would like to note my experiences have always been positive at this location

I placed my order through my instacart app. The app indicated the order was ready. I arrived in the order was not ready and took an additional 20 minutes to be prepared. I understand that chicken takes time to cook, however the app should not have indicated that the food was ready if it was not. Not sure if this was an instacart issue or a KFC. I was given a bundt cake free of charge for the delay which was very nice.

I came on Saturday October 18 around 9:30 PM….. I ordered a two piece combo meal and then they asked me if I wanted to upgrade and get another side with a large drink. I agreed to it and I paid $11.11, Yet, when I got home, I only had one side which was potato wedges. I didn’t get the mashed potatoes that I also ordered. Instead was a lemon muffin which I’m assuming was replacement because they were out of biscuits which is fine, but I’m obviously annoyed that I paid 2 to 3 dollars more for a second side and did not get what I paid for and I had to wait five extra minutes for the meal because they were out of potato wedges and had to cook them… And nobody else was in the drive-through so there was no reason for them to miss two sides with one simple order for one person….

The BEST service I could ever have out of fast food. I had ordered my food correctly & the girl said it back without me realizing that she thought she heard my drink. Went back my fault n said I did not get my meal n was not on the receipt…they gave me my food at no price n I wanted to pay for cause I was not charged for it only my drink. The Manager said here. They are very reasonable & fast on their food. Good job guy n lady’s keep up the good work. I live in lapeer n drive all this way cause lapeer in Garbage

Watch out Lapeer, Imlay KFC is coming for your service! First trip up and they were so nice at the speaker, read back my order, and my food was ready swiftly! I went at 9:30pm, 2 cars in line and I was gone in 5 minutes. Food tastes wonderful, and they gave me two ranches, butter and honey for my biscuit! They have the potential to make a lot of money here!

Ordered the chicken sandwich, the chicken was so hard you couldn’t even cut it with the plastic knife they give you. I told both employees at the front counter and even showed them the chicken and was told..we are soo sorry, we will make sure to tell them in back. No offer to make a new sandwich or offer a refund. This was my 1st and last time going to the Imlay City location. What a joke!!!!
