The ‘plane chicken noodles’ were extremely disappointing. The dish arrived completely plain – no sauce at all, just like boiled noodles. I specifically asked the counter girl to add sauce and to hold the vegetables, but the final my order was very dry and tasteless. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

So after a Long morning of shopping we stopped in. The place was well kept. Clean and neat. The Food stations well well kept and clean. Many choices. Food was being brought out fresh as need. I don’t think I ever had more than a minute wait for them to replenished the Items. Great price and value for the Buffet. The Food was prepared wonderfully and not greasy.grate customer service .

Good price on great Pakistani and Indian food. Came in for their lunch buffet. Food is flavorful, authentic and the chefs obviously put a lot of love into their craft. Ended up chatting with the head chef. He was personally going around checking on diners to see how they were enjoying their experience. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a cafeteria, which I personally feel neutral about, but may be a turn off if you’re looking for a restaurant with more ambience. I will definitely be coming back.

My visit to Spice Of Life was a delightful surprise! The atmosphere was warm and intimate, perfect for a family with guests and friends night. The service was incredibly attentive, and very respectful. The food in there was amazing and excellent, well cooked and the seasoning with everything was phenomenal. The dessert was good it was rice putting with chai it was really delicious, which was good but not as memorable as the main courses. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend it for you guys to try it.

This review is specifically for their catering service. First of all, I want to warn all prospective customers: Do you own Math and tell them how many trays you need instead of number of people. I told them items for 30 people and they sent me tons of food and charged me $1100 for it. Almost 70% of it was not used. The worst thing was that I specifically requested metal trays underneath the aluminum disposable trays and they completely ignored me. Afterwards, they said that they do not provide it for catering. Now, I usually cater food at least twice a year, and I have been doing it for 15 years and even small, home based businesses carry either metal trays or, double tray it for stability. While carrying the left over tray inside, the whole tray spilled, marring a dress and making a mess. Their customer service is horrible. I send them the pictures, no apology, no compensation, just arrogant, “we don’t provide metal trays for catering.” Bottom-line: stay away.

Spice of Life in Sacramento has definitely leveled up under the new ownership. I had not been here in a while and was honestly impressed. The place is much cleaner, the vibe feels fresh, and the food is still just as good as I remembered. Service was great as well, friendly and attentive. Glad to see the quality is still there. I will definitely be coming back.

And there was a drink bottle with food and i ask to the employee very politely can you please give me a bag for the drink… but he was very rude and said we dont have bag for a single bottle and walk away… i dont know his name but he is not even know how to talk to someone… very bad experience
