We walked in and got glares from the employees right away. Once we started ordering the employees were very rude and unprofessional, we were respectful using manners and everything a customer should but were still treated very disrespectfully for no apparent reason.

Employee argued kids meal don’t come with applesauce or drink with menu behind them saying otherwise. Between rude staff and messed up orders, it’s likely best to avoid this location.

My bread was extremely hard. There was hardly any meat and I asked for extra meat but the vegetables were fresh… Why is the meat and bread section hidden and we can’t see what they’re grabbing?

We just stopped in to grab some supper and we were greeted by the rudest employee. It started with ‘what do you want’ in a barely auditable tone, followed by minimal questions regarding what we were trying to order. Then was completely ignored through the rest of our ordering process. I tried to end the experience in a positive tone in case they were having a rough night by saying ‘Thank you and have a great night’ but was met with being ignored and finger nails being picked instead. Normally I do not have issue but I can not believe the poor customer service and down right disrespect.

Subway has just gone down over the last five or so years. I used to really enjoy a good spicy Italian at subway. Now it’s not on the menu and it’s alternate is nowhere near as good. Nothing against this store, the people were friendly and it looked clean, just sad to lose a place I enjoyed you eat.

We had a coupon that clearly stated that is was to be used in store or online.. we went in store and ordered our food and went to present the coupon to the cashier. She asked for assistance in putting in the code and the manger said that the coupon could only be used on line.. we showed him where it said on line or in store. He then went on to say they wouldn’t get points/ credit for it and wouldn’t be reimbursed…so we had to place an on line order to be able to use the coupon..

This subway looks newer with both the interior and exterior. This subway does have the newer logo. The service here is very fast. The Staff here are friendly. I got a footlong with pepperoni, both shredded and sliced cheese, and a line on Mayo. I hope this location continues to keep the good work up.-Shy_Gun670

Worst Service I have had for a Subway. The young lady was very unfriendly, just said, “Yeah” and then “And” and “Cheese” and “Toasted”. When taken my order. I felt like I was a bother than a Customer. The gentleman that took my toppings order was very friendly and helpful and with the gentleman I felt like I was a Customer.
